I talked with Jill. She made me feel as if she was doing me a favor by adhering to AZ law on the Implied Warranty. Kept telling me I will see what I can do for you... and that our car did not have a warranty. The the Implied Warranty ONLY applied in matters of safety of the vehicle. We only had the car for 1 day and found the broken feature. They found out that they sold us the preowned car with this broken feature. If I didn't press it with her, the sales staff or the service staff they would have NOT fixed it and paid for the repair of the broken part. ALL of the people we entounter at this dealership are very quick to say NO. Do yourself a favor, do to a different dealership.
