Service manager and director at Camelback Ford are very deceptive. I had my car serviced there, asked for specific services and they added service to my account which I had first questioned and did not ap deceptive. They carried it out service anyway after I told them not to do it and when we picked up the car we were forced to pay for it. When I talked to the service director Mike he seemed to try to be accommodating but that was just a lie as all he did was try to justify the service to me on why it should be done even though the service was done two months previous. I tried to reason with him and he refused to give me a refund for the service. Very fraudulent. Secondarily do not trust any of their employees as they do not communicate and do not record what your exact needs are even though you put it in writing. I would never go back here again. You expect better service from a dealership. More
Beware of this place! ! Took my son in just to look at a vehicle. We were told by the sales rep that "for insurance purposes" they were required to obtain all contact in ! We were told by the sales rep that "for insurance purposes" they were required to obtain all contact information and take a copy of a driver's license just to LOOK at vehicles and peruse the lot. Of course, we left. After we were in our car ready to pull away, another rep came out to apologize, claiming they don't require that, and that the other rep was new. I'm sure if he's new and doing things like that, it's because he was trained to do that. Won't ever be using this dealership. More
This dealerships service dept & customer relations manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 n manager are the most disrespectful. The service technician who initially installed the tires had no idea how to balance them & an oil change with 4 new tires took almost 8 hours and then we had to return the next day due to warning lights. No one had any idea how to fix it. Took them over a week to figure it out & we had to pay for their mistakes. A few weeks later the car had to be towed back & they we so unhelpful, took no responsibility. Even went as far as to say my daughter or her friends loosened the oil filter. Then they stopped communicating entirely! We live 1700 miles away. There is no follow through, they do not communicate with customers & their work is less than desirable. More
This dealership is using the fact that I am disabled. My son can take this same car in and they set it up to be repaired. However when I called and let them know I would be bring in the car and would nee My son can take this same car in and they set it up to be repaired. However when I called and let them know I would be bring in the car and would need help with the loaner car not being to low to the ground so it won't hurt me. I was told because you are disabled he would have to send the request to a whole other department. Disabled does not mean sweep under the rug. Not one single person choose to call back. I need to contact a disability attorney just to get my vehicle repaired. This is so wrong. More
Worst car buying experience. I was promised me tires on my vehicle. Got all different tires and only 2 are newish. The visor was promised to be fixed, now they have no clue what I was promised me tires on my vehicle. Got all different tires and only 2 are newish. The visor was promised to be fixed, now they have no clue what I'm talking about now that the salesman is fired, who promised these things. Vehicle started shorting out a week after I bought it. I called 4 times and was promised a callback, no one called me. I was also told the vehicle went through a very extensive inspection so I had no worries at time of purchase. Turns out it needed a new battery! So much for the "inspection"! $200 later I was told that "since we live in AZ THAT IT'S EXPECTED!!!" Now my vehicle cannot go past 80 miles per hour due to some safety feature that you can only fix with the master key, that I was told at purchase that this was the only key they had for this vehicle. Now I HAVE TO PAY FOR A KEY!! Oh and that is my fault too, "because there is no safety use that I would legally have that would ever need to go over 80 miles per hour"! Excuse me?! Also! My temp tag is expired today, because after a month they still haven't switched the registration into my name with the DMV so I still don't have my license plate!!! I haven't had the for a month and have been treated like crap since day one. No one responds, callbacks never happen. And when they do they turn the issues around on you! This company is a huge joke. Only there for a commission check! The customer means Jack sh** to them! Don't use your hard earn money on their shady used vehicles! More
