I bought a truck from these guys six months ago. When I bought it they said they would take care of the registration fully knowing that I was an out of state customer. After getting back to Texas I When I bought it they said they would take care of the registration fully knowing that I was an out of state customer. After getting back to Texas I discovered it was not registered. I called them and they said “we don’t do that”. After six months trying to get this truck registered I’ve still had no success. While a large part of the delay has been the stupidity of the bank and the county tax office if the dealership had done what they said they were going to do I wouldn’t be in a situation where I have a new truck that I can not legally drive. Do not trust these guys. More

This dealer is absolutely terrible. I bought a used car here that had immediate issues and I’ve had to take it in three time to get it fixed. It appears that Camelback Ford has forgotten about customer service. It makes NO sense for someone to have to drop their car off, not have it even looked at for several days. I understand parts may take time to order, but to expect someone to be without their car for several days while it sits unattended at Camelback Ford is totally ridiculous, all for the convenience of Camelback Ford. When I called to inquire about this I got a long-winded response about their "process". Unbelievable. We will be looking for another Ford service center. I do not even want to give them one star. And the service advisor doesn't bother to return phone calls. More

I called Camelback Ford service department to get a oil change on my 2021 Ford F150 after arriving from Indiana while I was there I asked Tom Knox about why I wasn’t getting good gas mileage pulling my tra change on my 2021 Ford F150 after arriving from Indiana while I was there I asked Tom Knox about why I wasn’t getting good gas mileage pulling my trailer. he informed me at that time that my 5.0 V8 would not pull as good as a 3.5 dual turbo Eco boost, After talking for 30 to 45 minutes. I finally decided to go ahead and trade my 2021 in for a 2023 3.5 eco-boost F150 the dealership was a great place to work with and Tom Knox did a great job working with me on my new Ford. More

The process was very smooth and I didn't spend the ENTIRE day like other dealerships which was awesome. My vehicle wasn't ready to take home the day of due to it being new to the lot and they needed further inspections, but Brandon was great at keeping me updated on the progress and got the vehicle to me the day as promised which was awesome! Definitely recommend! More
Within the last 9 months my family has spent 75,000 on vehicles. I have been treated worse by the service and customer service staff, than any public entity I’ve ever been involved with.
