He sent back the quote, and they gave me a great price on my trade in. I knew I wanted the truck, but was stuck at work. My salesman, Mitch Heims, sent me pictures and a personalized video. He collected all the documents over the phone, and ran everything by finance. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I had a very small window to get everything done. Mitch had the truck ready to go, and the numbers did not change even one penny from the original quote. We had a nice conversation while forms were being filled out, and Mitch even bought me a Ford hat with his own money as a token of his appreciation. Finance went smooth from start to finish, and I was out the door with my brand new truck in time for my appointment.
