Could have done a much better job showing me how to use everything on the car. It took me awhile to figure out how to put down the third row seats. The finance guy I don’t think had my best interest. He put my loan through Wells Fargo snf I said I don’t want Wells Fargo. He just gave me a sideways glance and ignored my request. What a jerk! My credit score is good and I am sure another bank would have worked. He must be giving them something extra or getting something extra. In that respect I give the dealership a lower score. More

He told me they just received the truck, and were more than happy to run numbers without me having to drive all the way from Queen Creek. He sent back the quote, and they gave me a great price on my trade in. I knew I wanted the truck, but was stuck at work. My salesman, Mitch Heims, sent me pictures and a personalized video. He collected all the documents over the phone, and ran everything by finance. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I had a very small window to get everything done. Mitch had the truck ready to go, and the numbers did not change even one penny from the original quote. We had a nice conversation while forms were being filled out, and Mitch even bought me a Ford hat with his own money as a token of his appreciation. Finance went smooth from start to finish, and I was out the door with my brand new truck in time for my appointment.
