So we decided to just look into sharing a SUV, due to the fact I pay for the truck and my car would make sense to have one payment. Not only did the sales guy just pick an random Explore, NEVER asked us for option! then just read the window sticker off while on the test drive. Now comes to the trade-ins first it's only 30k for an 2018 F150 with 17k for miles and NEVER looked at it! We walked and they offered in a text message 37k. now comes my car, said I was upside-down, which I am not! Tell me that my car isn't going to hold any value with 16k for miles on a 2019 Fusion, then tells me that dealers dont use KBB to make a offer on a car or truck. Then comes out with a KBB paper in FAIR condition! Walked out again, they will low ball you and waste your time! More
Bought a Lincoln Corsair and it came with a persistent rattle in the driver side passenger door. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership I contacted the Galpin Ford/Lincoln dealership in Prescott. They were very accommodating in trying to fix the problem. However, after 3 attempts the door still had the rattle. At this point I decided to call Camelback since they were the dealership that sold the vehicle. I spoke to Bob in the service department and he absolutely blew me off and refused to even entertain the thought of servicing the vehicle. Kept saying any dealership will service it. I understood that but I wanted another opinion.Terrible customer service. Will never recommend this dealership. More
I was told my vehicle had Navigation and it does not , I am till waiting on my tags , going on 2 months . Manager does not call back. My brakes are still squeaking . Poor poor customer service, please do not put yourself thru the misery I am still going thru two months later . Purchased 8/17/2021 still trying to get answers 10/20/2021 . Now I have no tags as they expired yesterday and Schon the manger will not return calls . 4 visit to the dealership today . More

The white chairs probably need to be replaced or removed. They’re worn and look dirty; personally wouldn’t choose to sit in them. More
