My sales experience was great, as was my time with the finance manager, Thomas Knox. However, I bought a used EV that I was told came with a charger. When the deal was done I asked for them to find the ch finance manager, Thomas Knox. However, I bought a used EV that I was told came with a charger. When the deal was done I asked for them to find the charger for me because I couldn’t locate it. The charger was nowhere to be found. I was told be several people that they would get me a charger for the EV since it was said that it was included in the sale. Well, several calls and texts later, and almost 2 months and no charger, I can’t even get anyone to respond to me anymore from the dealership. I’d love to change my rating but based on my experience so far it is an honest one. The sad thing is that we were going to come back to this dealership and buy a new car for my wife, now we are going elsewhere. More
