You mean like the oil drain plug your service/inspection forgot to put back in before selling us the vehicle letting us drive off with a vehicle losing its oil causing us to have it towed in because your recommended tow company couldn’t do it till the next day (maybe) Thus you having the vehicle for 2 days to order a new drain plug from Mercedes! Sure I’ll call your customer service manager but the only thing I can think of to “make this better” would be to fix everything that you say you “missed” by a reputable service department that doesn’t forget drain plugs. Reimbursement of expended funds to fix “what was missed” would be appreciated as well Looking forward to speaking with you Stay tuned in

Well as I expected there was no help from the Customer Relations Manager as she had no knowledge of this review at hand Once she read the review there was a lot of hmmming and haaaaaing and ultimately offered to have the New Car 🐻Manager call me…… huh??? What’s that gonna do? Well someone called claiming to be a manager but I was unfortunately unable to take the call as I was in Rio Verde with limited service and reception was unlistenable. Sadly and expectedly no call has been received since. I stand by my first sentence…… NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!
