I would not recommend buying from Camelback Ford. While the sales experience with Fernando was fine, the finance department was frustrating. Travis repeatedly pressured me to buy a warranty I didn’t want, despite my firm "no" and my budget concerns. His persistence and condescending attitude made the process exhausting. After reluctantly agreeing to the extra cost, I had trouble getting my paperwork, and follow-up calls were ignored. It took four weeks to get my documents. Overall, poor customer service and pushy tactics left me very disappointed. Financial intimidation tactics should not be used when purchasing a car! I will no be returning. More
