Camelback Ford has the most unbelievable customer service ever!! Take today for example. I have somehow managed to lose my only key for the '06 F150 I bought 2 years ago and Will in the sales department wa ever!! Take today for example. I have somehow managed to lose my only key for the '06 F150 I bought 2 years ago and Will in the sales department was able to do the unthinkable for me. He is sending a technician here to my home to make me a spare so that I can carry on with my normal life of taking care of my two baby girls and getting to work. If he hadn't done what he did for me I wouldn't even be able to get to work to pay for this beautiful truck. Beyond just today, when I first purchased this truck they went above and beyond making things right with it. From the rear window switch, chips in the windshield, torn seat pocket, to the more important leaking rear seal...they managed to fix everything and make this the the truck that I've driven proudly for 2 years. I would like to commend them and all their staff for making the purchase of this truck perfect. I WILL be back to Camelback Ford for the purchase of my next vehicle. Came there for a used car. Had the car for 2 months until someone showed up at my door to give me my old car back. The only person I spoke with that was even remotely friendly was Judith and, unfortunately, she wasn't handling the process with my car. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone because your business practices are shady and when I asked why I wasn't given notice about my loan being denied, Josh had the nerve to say that he called me several times when he KNEW that was a lie and I have the proof on my phone bill. I just hope that this is not a regular thing with your dealership and you don't make others go through what I went through. More

My experience with this dealer has been for providing periodic routine service for my 2006 Lincoln LS. They honor the lifetime oil/filter change agreement I had with Scottsdale Lincoln Mercury, where I b periodic routine service for my 2006 Lincoln LS. They honor the lifetime oil/filter change agreement I had with Scottsdale Lincoln Mercury, where I bought it. Camelback Ford, Lincoln, Mercury took over that business when they closed. My Lincoln LS now has about 36,000 miles on it, and it has never needed any repairs other than routine maintenance, so my experience with this dealer has only involved routing service. They have always been very friendly and prompt, and they informed me when my cabin filter was dirty. They have always returned my car in a clean and ready condition, except for once when the odometer had been changed to metric readout, which they quickly fixed. My only complaints are minor, like leaving my radio tuned to a crap music station and leaving the A/C set to -40°... adjustments I can immediately correct. More

I could go on and on of how times have been so hard lately, but we all know the story. After selling my truck, I thought that it would be awhile before I would be driving another vehicle the way my truck was to me. But, that all changed when I walked into Camelback Ford Used Car Department. My friend had called earlier and was told for us to come down and ask for Kevin. Once there and when Kevin walked up to us wearing an Ol' Country Straw Hat with a Smile Bigger than Texas and knowing that smile was coming from within, I knew and felt then that there was something about this place that gave me a safe, honest and trustworthy feeling. After buying a truck that day and driving it for most of the day, I just didn't like it, it wasn't what I expected, feeling like I had made a huge mistake and thinking I had lost all the money I had left to buy it, I was devasted. I went back to CB Ford and explained my situation starting with Kevin to Jorge then to the Director Josh Bleckler. It took a couple of days to find me something I liked, cause I can be a complicated lady sometimes, I've been told!! I was treated with such respect and kindness from just not Kevn, Josh & Jorge, but also Anthony & Jay in the Finacial Department and some other employees, Mike, etc. that I had gotten to know in conversation. You All Are Awesome, Thanks for turning a difficult situation in my life into a Fun and Positive one!!! The vehicle I ended up with was more than what I would of imagined, a Jeep Chrkee, never thought I'd like nothing else but a truck, but I love my Jeep!! More

[this was around july 2010]. i was buying a new 2011 mustang gt, not yet on the lot. brock did give me a loaner car to use, which was a positive thing. i never was able to tell which wheels it was to have, -when it arrived, i didn't like it's wheels, but they were no help in getting the ones i liked,other than to sell me them for $1700. more. alan did not tell me the cost of my financing,which i later found out was $3000. in 2003, i bought a new bmw from the bmw dealer right down the street , and this ford group seemed like amateurs compared to the bmw dealership. i do love my new mustang gt , however-a great car !
