I went to Camelback Ford in late October 2010, shopping for a 2011 Ford Mustang. I had been to Earnhardt and Bell Ford shopping for the same car, and was just putting out my feelers. At first I was very for a 2011 Ford Mustang. I had been to Earnhardt and Bell Ford shopping for the same car, and was just putting out my feelers. At first I was very hesitant to go to Camelback Ford because it used to be Mel Clayton Ford, who I DESPISED (they were the epitome of slimy, dishonest car dealers). I am fairly difficult to work with because I have had many really rotten car buying experiences, and thus have developed thick skin. Well, I worked with Camelback to purchase a black on black Mustang, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, I got what I wanted for the trade in, and overall and for the first time EVER, had a great experience buying a new car. They played very few games with me (it's a dealership, so they have to play a few games right? They're in the game to earn money!), and were very up-front with invoice pricing, incentives, and the out the door price. In the end, if you want to buy a Ford, see Juan Rodriguez in Internet Sales. He is extremely helpful and very easy to work with. More
The condition in which they allow cars to be sold is DANGEROUS. I was lucky that I did not experience a blow out. After another dealership conducted a factory recall, it was noticed the steel belts on DANGEROUS. I was lucky that I did not experience a blow out. They are ONLY interested in the immediate sale - customer service, communication and apparently, customer safety means NOTHING!!! More
Luke worked VERY HARD to get me into my 2006 Ford Fusion SEL with great assistance from George and Josh. It took about a week to finally get me rolling and we had one false start out the door on a 2008 Linc SEL with great assistance from George and Josh. It took about a week to finally get me rolling and we had one false start out the door on a 2008 Lincoln MKZ but the end result was a great car, better financing terms and a very satisfied customer for life! Ed Saveage is in the top three car sales people I've ever worked with. He is so willing to help (even after the sale)! He is professional, energetic, and has a very good sense of humor. He was a great listener to put me into the Flex Limited, which I truly am enjoying more than any other vehicle I've owned. Alan Williams was professional, interesting, and efficient with the closing documents. Kevin Miller is very knowledgeable about the Sync program and the computer site. He also is very professional and very willing to assist other staff members and customers. I just feel really good when I'm at Camelback Ford. Everyone I've met is so happy and friendly. Although I don't know any names, the reception is alway good at the front door. The desk may be moved closer to the front doors if possible.?? More

I have been coming to Camelback Ford since Mel Clayton closed. I came here to follow my service rep, Dawn Caplan. She always takes very good care of me and my car,and is quite knowledgeable about the ve closed. I came here to follow my service rep, Dawn Caplan. If something is not to my satisfaction, Dawn makes sure that it is taken care of, and if what I need is not available, she gives me clear options from which to choose. Also to note, if Dawn is not available, Krista Lashley has taken care of me, and she is equally helpful. These ladies are why I keep coming back to Camelback Ford. Even though my car is older, and could be serviced at a small service shop (and sometimes for less money), I know that any service needs will be met quickly and completely, without my having to go back several times... and that is very important to me! My service advisor Krista Lashley does a great job. Friendly and keeps me in the loop on status of repairs. The parts department need some improvement. Oscar is not friendly and almost always puts me on hold for long periods. I think you need more people answering the phones in parts. Delivery people alwasys take a long time to get parts to shop. Sometimes they do not even show up. If they do show up, they cannot remember to come around to shop. Instead they drop off with receptionist. You need to have notes for each customer so the parts runners know where to go and who their contact is. More

I've always hated buying a new car. It's always a painful process that lasts way too long. I was fully expecting that this time, but Marco was the friendliest and most professional sales person I've ever met process that lasts way too long.
