I’m terribly sorry you feel that way. We held the vehicle for you for 3 weeks until you could come in and finish the paperwork. We are fully transparent and go the extra mile to ensure that we have a happy customer! You flew in and picked up the car. You inspected it while you were there and obviously the vehicle was as described because you took delivery. Pre owned vehicles are sold “As-Is”. Even though the vehicle went through an inspection, there is no way to predict what may happen in the future. You were offered an extended service contract and you declined. We offered for you to bring the vehicle back in and let us see what we could do to help and again you declined. My vision of an extended warranty is to cover things that could wrong with a used vehicle down the road. Not to cover the things you had held together with spit and duct tape until we got the vehicle off the lot. This is the type of dealership that gives used car dealers a bad name. As far as holding the car for us, don’t make it sound so altruistic, we had to put down a sizable deposit for your “kindness”. Regarding your statement that you offered for us to bring the car in and “let us see what we could do to help” is very misleading to anyone reading this, but that is not surprising based our experience with this fly by night operation. What you finally said after multiple phone calls was that we could drive 7hrs back for you to “just take a look”, but you again repeatedly and emphatically stated that you were under no obligation to do anything regardless of what was found as it was “as-is” and you offered ZERO promise of resolution. Who would want to drive 14hrs (round trip) to get blown off in person the way you have blown us off over the phone. As I said this a very shady operation. Beware and shop elsewhere.
