I was a little concerned when I had trouble reaching the service department to ask a question about my service appointment. I left two messages and when I was finally called back I didn’t find the person he service department to ask a question about my service appointment. However, when I went in person to the service appointment, Joe at the service desk was really great. He was attentive, helpful, and informative. 5 stars for him! The part that was needed was obtained by the next day, so that was also good. More
