This visit was for recall work--replacement/repair of the fuel pump module about which I received a communication from Honda. However, when I checked in at the dealership for the work I was told it would take 2and a half to 3 hours; the notice said that the service department would give me a different time estimate for the time the work would take, but the person on the phone did not do this. Also, when I brought the car in they asked to confirm with me that I had less than a tank of gas, I had almost a full tank; neither the notice from Honda nor the person who made the appointment with me on phone, told me about this. Poor communication from Honda and the dealership! More
