They charged me 109 to tell me that I need to replace the WHOLE exhaust system, and 40 bucks for an oil chang exhaust system. Total price paid: $160! They also checked my battery and suggested that I replace it right away (the battery is just fine so far) for another 140 Basically, if I was saying yes to all they suggested, I would leave around 2500 easily. Honda needs to stop this tip-off, second time I see this at a dealer. Never coming back to these guys! More
I stopped into Cambridge Honda, during a snow storm, about a month after I purchased my crosstour from them. My passenger side wiper blade was not hitting the windshield. They treated me with total respect even though I should have thought to clean off my wipers. Thank you so much your great customer service got me safely back on the road! More

Last week, well after service hours, my husband and I brought our Honda Civic Hybrid in for an appointment that was scheduled due to warning lights that had appeared on the display. We fully expected to complete the questions on the drop-off envelope, insert the car key, and drop the envelope in the slot. Danny was about to leave with his coat on and carrying case in tow. Instead of heading out the door, he patiently answered my questions about warranty information and offered to check the status on the computer. Much to our surprise (and potential delight), he determined that the warranty for the hybrid battery expired on that very day. He ensured that our car was entered in the system so that we were eligible for a new battery, if needed. Well, it turned out that the hybrid battery did need to be replaced and we were covered by the warranty. THIS IS INCREDULOUS---eight years to the day!!!! Without Danny’s exemplary, service-oriented mindset, we would have been out of luck. WE ARE EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE OF HIS EFFORTS!!! More

We loved doing business with Rebecca so much we came back and purchased a second car (HONDA CRV 2000) from her. Our first purchase with Rebecca was a Honda Civic 2000 (New). I still own the CRV and when I'm ready for a replacement guess who I'm going to for a new car again? More
I called in advance for pricing on a car starter. I was told I did not need an appointment to just come by early morning and it would be taken care of for the price of 400 dollars. I arrived at the dealership 2 days later as discussed with the service representative on the phone. I spent the first 15 minutes waiting for someone to pay attention to me and during that time they discussed who was to drunk when they left the dealership the night before and how hungover they were today. When they finally decided to attended to the customers in line I was told not only did I need an appointment but I would have to leave the car all day in which they would not provide me with alternate transportation and it would be over 400 dollars for the starter. Anytime I tried to speak they said "sorry don't know who would have said that" before I could even finish a sentence. They were rude and unprofessional and I would never return there again. I left and went to Everette they did it in 1 hour with no appointment and for 399 dollars. More
They charged me over $200 to cut a new key and program remote after I lost mine. I paid exactly $37.63 for the EXACT same service and parts 6 years ago in Western MA. Joseph Penebre, the service guy at the desk blamed it on inflation - HA! I still have all the receipts to prove the difference in price by the way. Then I had to pay $98 for them to tell me my transmission was faulty. They replaced that but delivered the car back with terrible squeakiness as if it were the Titanic sinking every time I turn. Also the check engine and service lights were still on. When I took the car back in to ask why this was so, they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $98 diagnostic fee to figure that out!!! To top it all off the BOSE 6 CD player under my seat was suddenly inoperable the day I picked my car up from them. I would like to ask them to fix it but I am so frustrated with their service I will probably take it to another local dealer as BOSE will not service directly. The only person in this whole operation that seems the least bit concerned with your happiness is Dan Carvalho, the Service Asst Mgr, but not even OBAMA could save this operation. They have clearly survived on gouging the customer - and they know you're screwed without them cause they're easily located on FRESH POND. My suggestion: Drive to Newtonville, Burlington, Boston or Everett to service your Honda. Otherwise, prepare for frustration and an empty wallet in Cambridge! More
