Best Customer Service experience from a Honda Dealership! Two days after purchasing a 2015 Honda Odyssey, my vehicle was involved in an accident which required repairs. Naturally, I was beyond frustrated tha Two days after purchasing a 2015 Honda Odyssey, my vehicle was involved in an accident which required repairs. Naturally, I was beyond frustrated that this happened to my bend new vehicle. i scheduled an appoint with Cambridge Honda Service and spoke with Ruben Teixeira, the Service Manager. I am glad I made that decision to call Cambridge Hinda. Right from the start, Mr. Teixeira was professional and informative on the required work to be performed. His friendly demeanor definitely put me at ease - during an otherwise frustrating situation with the van. During my initial visit with Service regarding the van, I was informed of all required parts, estimated costs including labor, as well as how long the repairs would take. With my job schedule, I was only free to bring the van in late in the afternoon. I was worried that this would possibly mean that it would be several weeks before the next available appointment. Ruben was so accomodating with my schedule, and was able to get me in the shop in just a few days. In those few days, i received a courtesy confrmation call to confirm that the parts were available and to ensure that the scheduled service appointment time was still convenient for me. On the scheduled service day, I was greeted personally by Mr. Teixeira and he thanked me for being a customer. I truly admired his professionalism and he made me feel like I was important to their business. In just a few short hours, the repairs were complete. The van was delivered persinally to me and we walked through the entire car together to ensure that everything wad petfect. To top it off, the entire car ws cleaned and spotless and I appreciated that very much as the van was just days on these always dirty Boston roads. I highly recommend these guys for Service. Just a tip - I'd ask for Ruben by name once arrive. I am definitely a happy and satisfied customer and plan to return to Cambridge Honda for future service and maintenance on my van. Brought my 98 Buick Riviera in for a Service Engine Soon light and knew that it was going to be complicated but their technician took the time and fixed this right and it wasn't as expensive as my local mec light and knew that it was going to be complicated but their technician took the time and fixed this right and it wasn't as expensive as my local mechanic who tried to fix this problem and couldn't. I was very impressed with the technicians explanation of the issue and the steps he took to solve it.THANK YOU it runs GREAT! To top it off the car was washed and vacuumed. More
