Be careful, this dealer is very tricky. They insisted to have me sign the term which says they do not owe me anything, after I signed it, the sale man gave me the only one key of the car, when I ask for the have me sign the term which says they do not owe me anything, after I signed it, the sale man gave me the only one key of the car, when I ask for the bakcup key, they ask me to pay by myself. I do not recommend them, be very careful. More

This dealership made my car purchasing experience super-easy. I walked in on Sunday afternoon (without having done any research first), drove a couple cars, bargained down to a good price quote -- t super-easy. Four days later, they brought the used car to my Cambridge mechanic to be checked out (which it did), and I bought the car that afternoon. More

Immediatley and unnecessarily aggressive and rude. Repeatedly (for 30 minutes) attempted to dissuade me from having my mechanic take a look at the used car. Said that the service area was closed for Repeatedly (for 30 minutes) attempted to dissuade me from having my mechanic take a look at the used car. Said that the service area was closed for the night so they couldn't get the service records on what work they had done on the car while they had it at the dealership. He refused to negotiate at all on the price and so we left. A disappointing experience. I am probably going to buy a Toyota instead. More
