This dealer is the MOST rude I have ever come across. Internet sales Kathy Lemus did not provide all necessar information and sent innapropriate messages. Be careful, this dealer is very tricky. This dealership made my car purchasing experience super-easy. Immediatley and unnecessarily aggressive and rude. Repeatedly (for 30 minutes) attempted to dissuade me from having my mechanic take a look at the used car. Said that the service area was closed for the night so they couldn't get the service records on what work they had done on the car while they had it at the dealership. He refused to negotiate at all on the price and so we left. A disappointing experience. I am probably going to buy a Toyota instead. More
