Cambridge Honda

This is the second car I have purchased from Cambridge Honda. I received an email from the dealership offering an excellent price on 2010 Civics. When we arrived all the Civic's they had were 2011's. Despite having none of the advertised cars on the lot Bobby did all he could to find us a 2010. When he learned that the only one available was in Vermont we were offered a 2011 model for very nearly the same cost as the originally advertised 2010. Bobby was very courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt treated as an individual rather than a chump. The emphasis on our needs rather than pushing a sale was noticeable. The only pressure we felt was from the sales person, not Bobby, who tried to sell us on all the extras. In spite of this we left feeling that we got a great deal on a very good car. Bobby went the extra mile helping my wife adjust the seat, seatbelt and steering etc. and showing her how everything works before we drove off the lot. More

We started looking over the summer and met Rebecca when we were still deciding whether to buy new or used, and weren't really ready to commit, and she was totally fun and low-key but full of different and helpful thoughts and issues to consider. It was a couple of months later that we finally decided to go new and actually contacted Rebecca ourselves atfer talking with and visiting a couple of larger dealers (Rebecca and Cambridge Honda hadn't used our first visit as an excuse to bombard us with robo-calls or spam emails). They were _extremely_ honest, reasonable and fair with our price when we did finally close the deal. What has been even more of a welcome surprise is how great they have been about staying in touch with us as customers to make sure we are continuing to be pleased with them and our purchase -- taking our calls and spending time with any questions, showing us features we may not be aware of, etc. It is a real "local" business, with very knowledgeable people who clearly enjoy helping people. We cannot recommend it any more highly given our experience there. More
