I stopped into Cambridge Honda, during a snow storm, about a month after I purchased my crosstour from them. My passenger side wiper blade was not hitting the windshield. The sales team went above and beyond to find me my first choice of color. They were responsive whenever we had a question and were all very friendly and extremely easy to work with. The only reason that I didn't give all "greats" is because we wish they had been able to credit the deposit we put on the car back to our credit card without us having to actually come to the dealership. It sounds ridiculous but it took us 5 weeks before we could find the time to actually get over there to have our card credited. Our dealings with Bobby were great! We always had great service with our last car and expect the same for this car. They also gave us a fantastic deal on our trade in, along with good financing...overall a good experience! More
