Had a very good experience with these guys. I needed a car quickly and I knew what I wanted, but the car was not on the lot at the time. I stopped into Cambridge Honda, during a snow storm, about a month after I purchased my crosstour from them. My passenger side wiper blade was not hitting the windshield. Joe and Ashlee we great, they h about a month after I purchased my crosstour from them. My passenger side wiper blade was not hitting the windshield. Joe and Ashlee we great, they had a tech look at it very quickly. Turns out I had ice built up on my wiper blade. They treated me with total respect even though I should have thought to clean off my wipers. Thank you so much your great customer service got me safely back on the road! More

The sales team went above and beyond to find me my first choice of color. They were responsive whenever we had a question and were all very friendly and extremely easy to work with. Bobby Boyd even went so far as to wash and scrub my old all weather mats from my previous car before we put them in our new car. He spent a lot of time going over all the features in the car and helping me set up my Blue Tooth. I would highly recommend Cambrige Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda and we will definately be back there when the lease on our Accord is up in 18 months. Thank you. More

This is he second car we bought from Bobby. We appreciate his friendliness and his honest, straight approach with us. The only reason that I didn't give all "greats" is because we wish they had been able to his friendliness and his honest, straight approach with us. The only reason that I didn't give all "greats" is because we wish they had been able to credit the deposit we put on the car back to our credit card without us having to actually come to the dealership. It sounds ridiculous but it took us 5 weeks before we could find the time to actually get over there to have our card credited. Our dealings with Bobby were great! We always had great service with our last car and expect the same for this car. They also gave us a fantastic deal on our trade in, along with good financing...overall a good experience! More
This is the second car I have purchased from Cambridge Honda. I received an email from the dealership offering an excellent price on 2010 Civics. When we arrived all the Civic's they had were 2011's. Des Honda. I received an email from the dealership offering an excellent price on 2010 Civics. When we arrived all the Civic's they had were 2011's. Despite having none of the advertised cars on the lot Bobby did all he could to find us a 2010. When he learned that the only one available was in Vermont we were offered a 2011 model for very nearly the same cost as the originally advertised 2010. Bobby was very courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt treated as an individual rather than a chump. The emphasis on our needs rather than pushing a sale was noticeable. The only pressure we felt was from the sales person, not Bobby, who tried to sell us on all the extras. In spite of this we left feeling that we got a great deal on a very good car. Bobby went the extra mile helping my wife adjust the seat, seatbelt and steering etc. and showing her how everything works before we drove off the lot. More
