I saw an add in Autosolutions Magazine and called dealership to inquire about one particular vehicle. Salesperson said that vehicle was available. We went down to check vehicle out and is was as stat dealership to inquire about one particular vehicle. Salesperson said that vehicle was available. We went down to check vehicle out and is was as stated if not understated. Test drove and was sold. Paperwork then financing. Walked out of the dealership the next day with a new vehicle. Easiest car purchase I have ever made! More
I had originally gone to Hyundai in Framingham and had an AWFUL experience. My Santa Fe was in BAD shape and I was in desperate need of a new car. From the moment I walked through the doors at Honda, Rebecca AWFUL experience. My Santa Fe was in BAD shape and I was in desperate need of a new car. From the moment I walked through the doors at Honda, Rebecca was able to deliver! She was the most AMAZING person I have ever had to deal with in regards to getting a new car. She was informative, understanding, helped me through the process and made me so happy. She made the experience of having to get a new car enjoyable and unforgettable! I will most definitely be referring her to others and I will even be driving the extra 25 minutes to have my car serviced there (there is a Honda dealership 5 min from my house). Thank you so much Rebecca for making a horrible weekend absolutely amazing! More
Bobbie Boyd has been my dealer salesperson of choice for the past 10 years. I have purchased three Honda Accords from Cambridge Honda and the experience would not have been as pleasant and smooth without B the past 10 years. I have purchased three Honda Accords from Cambridge Honda and the experience would not have been as pleasant and smooth without Bobbie's help. He is professional and honest and goes the extra mile to make a deal that works for you. His expertise in this field is excellent and he goes over and beyond to get you in the car you want to purchase. I never liked going to dealerships when it was time to purchase a vehicle, but that was before I had the pleasure of meeting Bobbie. Now it's always a non-stressful and pleasant experience. See Bobbie, he will definitely make your experience a positive one. More
I am 28 years old and this was my first new car purchase. Obviously it was all a little bit overwhelming and Joanne was very friendly and helpful. I walked into the dealership with my mind set on a new Insig Obviously it was all a little bit overwhelming and Joanne was very friendly and helpful. I walked into the dealership with my mind set on a new Insight and I love my new car! My overall experience with this purchase was not great however, due to a lot of the small details. After signing on the car on Tuesday, I said that I could pick up the car on Thursday between 12-2pm. I arrived at the dealer at 12:30 and was told that the car was not ready because they thought I was coming at 3pm. My sales person was not even at the dealership yet. So I grabbed lunch and killed an hour only to come back and wait almost two more hours. I had to resign the paperwork a second time due to the date on the first batch being exactly one year before (2010). When I finally got the keys to my new car and drove off the lot, the first thing I saw was that the tank was on EMPTY and the buzzer was sounding. I literally left the dealer parking lot, drove 100 feet and had to fill up. I didn't go back to the dealer at this point because I was already 3 hours late getting back to work. When I went back on Saturday for the inspection sticker, they did apologize and gave me a credit slip to fill up at a nearby gas station. For me, they lost it on overlooking these small issues. Each not altogether horrible, but the experience was less than satisfying. I walked in one day, agreed to purchase a car without any complicated back and forth and provided a sizable down-payment. Would it hurt you to go the extra mile in making this a smoother transaction for your "valued customer"? More
I just drove home with my new Honda 2011. This is my second purchase from Cambridge Honda. When I wanted to buy a new car this time around,I visited the Cambridge Honda again and spoke to Bobby Boyd. I second purchase from Cambridge Honda. When I wanted to buy a new car this time around,I visited the Cambridge Honda again and spoke to Bobby Boyd. I went back a few times and looked for him. I was impressed by his honesty and thoughfulness. He was willing to help me get the lowest price possible and an excellent trade in discount (way more than any other dealership was willing to do). I would recommend Cambridge Honda and the sales person Bobbie Boyd to anyone wanting to buy a car without pressure. He will also fight for you with the higher management! I was shocked that he helped me get more for my trade in than the book value of the car! And today, my day of final purchase and picking up the car, with all my anxiety, it all was so smooth. He did everything for me and it was so easy! Highly recommend this place! More

He was very thorough in going over the details of the car as well as some accessories wich I needed. I purchased the wheel locks for my new alloy wheels, as my neighbors just had theirs stolen. I will recommend Kurt to my friends and family and to anyone else looking for a car. More
I rate this dealership as I do because of Bobby Boyd. If he sells you a car it is because it is the car that suits your needs and budget, and not because of any pressure from Mr. Boyd. Also he is as interes he sells you a car it is because it is the car that suits your needs and budget, and not because of any pressure from Mr. Boyd. Sales person Rebecca was down to earth, friendly, straight-forward, clear, and I really felt that she was trying to get me a reasonable price. Manager Joe closed the deal when I was close but not rea straight-forward, clear, and I really felt that she was trying to get me a reasonable price. Manager Joe closed the deal when I was close but not ready to commit by taking my trade in and assuming some risk in terms of resale value. I have researched this now for almost two months and was deciding between the Town & Country, Quest, Sienna, and the Odyssey. I have visited at least 6 dealerships during this time and Cambridge Honda was the easiest to deal with but more importantly, not as pushy and typical "car-salesman-like". I hate it when salesman tell you the obvious sales pitch thing like "oh, I drove the other but it just doesn't feel like the Honda" without any furter explanation or whatever. It is so obvious that I almost immediately distrust the person. Who would fall for that? What kind of customer would give ANY value to such a comment? In case you want to pass this on to your designers. I am only comparing the top of the line of these cars: - I loved the Town & Country interior (as supposed to 3 yrs ago when I went through the exact same exersice) but illiminated this one because of the lag time in the gas-peddle (pressing and de-pressing). - I really liked the Quest overall but because it is a new car, their resale is unknown and hence, the lease too high. - The Sienna interior is great but the lease is more expensive and Toyota prevents operation of the naviation etc. during driving. Really annoying (although a good voice activation softens the issue somewhat). Overall, the Honda had a very nice interior (although I really miss the wood trim and heated stearing wheel.) I have compared the cars by specs and all cars are incredible machines with almost exact dimensions like weight, length, power, torque, etc. There are definately some exceptions but overall, the cars are similar. Therefore, assuming reliability etc. is the same, I look at blue-tooth integration, navigation, sound, overall luxury, and then of course, PRICE. The Honda was the best for me, especially taking the dealership into account. In case it is relevant, I am a mechanical engineer and actually studied automotive engineering in the Netherlands. I hope this info is usefull. I would love to hear what you actually do with this information since I spend a reasonable amount of time writing this up. Best, Luc. More
