Sometimes sales people can be too familiar, acting as if they are your new best friend, but that was not the case with Bobby. He was friendly and helpful but also relaxed and professional. I don't think that is an easy balance to achieve. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was professional and helpful. We had some minor issues with the used car we purchased. I called Bobby and he immediately contacted service, set up an appointment that was convenient for me, and scheduled a rental car so we would not be without a car. I didn't even have to ask about it. He just did it. As a result, there was no inconvenience to have the car fixed. The service department was also amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the repair was done quickly. Although we live about an hour from this dealer, because of our positive experience with Bobby, we would definitely return to it when we need another car. Thank you, Bobby, for making our car-buying experience completely stress-free. More
We came in on Mother's Day -- which sort of seemed the graveyard shift for car dealers. Bobby was straighforward with us. Worked a reasonable price -- made us feel valued. Justin was great while buying the 2000 Honda Civic. After I bought the car I took it to Firestone for a complete car checkup. Firestone told me the Front Upper bolt needed to be replaced. I took the car back I bought the car I took it to Firestone for a complete car checkup. Firestone told me the Front Upper bolt needed to be replaced. I took the car back to the to Cambridge Honda. Justin took me to Joe B who was the sales car manager. Joe replaced the upper left bolt free of charge. Was really a pleasant experience. Would greatly recommend the Cambridge Honda. More

Bobby's customer service far exceeded my expectations. After initially calling the dealership and speaking with Gene Carter, I met with him about the pre-owned car I saw online. Gene was knowledgeable and helpful, but just not the salesperson for me. We simply had different styles. However, when I returned the next day and met with Bobby, I felt comfortable and was able to completely understand all of the details about the car I was considering. When I asked if I could bring the pre-owned car to my local mechanic to get checked out (since it was not a certified pre-owned), Bobby even encouraged it. And the mechanic ended up telling me it was a great car! Bobby helped me through the process of buying my first car and was patient when I could not come pick-up the car on the day we had agreed to. I left feeling like I had gotten a great deal on a car I really liked. More

Brought my 98 Buick Riviera in for a Service Engine Soon light and knew that it was going to be complicated but their technician took the time and fixed this right and it wasn't as expensive as my local mec light and knew that it was going to be complicated but their technician took the time and fixed this right and it wasn't as expensive as my local mechanic who tried to fix this problem and couldn't. I was very impressed with the technicians explanation of the issue and the steps he took to solve it.THANK YOU it runs GREAT! To top it off the car was washed and vacuumed. More

When my new car arrived, he took the time to show me how to use all the new features, including the navigation system, hooked up my cell phone to the car's audio system, helped me import my address book. I left the lot feeling I had gotten a great car, a great deal, and that I knew how to operate the new car features with ease. Overall, a seamless, stress-free experience. I have done business at Cambridge Honda for ten years and will continue to service my new car there. More

Joe got it all worked out and he made the sale and delivery happen! I strongly recommend Joe. He's a pro. More
