I emailed an offer for a 2012 Accord and was surprised to get a response back in minutes. The next morning Marat the internet manager called me and offered me a lower counter offer. I thought there was a catch but he gave me the offer in writing. When i got to the dealer there was no surprises no nonsense. Minimal haggling about my trade.The exact car i emailed about was there with the exact stock number and price. The finance manager eric cummings was very knowlegeable and did extra research on rates even though i was already pre-approved.He got me a lower payment plan than i anticipated. After the sale was over and it was time to take delivery of my new car Justin Crosby who was not my original sales associate took me all around the dealer and introduced me to the head of every department service,bodyshop,parts etc..everyone was personal and offered advice told me a little about their functions. That meant alot to me. This dealer was 40 miles away from my house but it was worth the trip. i have no regrets. i bought a 2011 honda 10 months earlier and i did not get this kind of treatment on that deal. While I was shopping around at different dealers, I stopped at Cambridge Honda and Bobby talked to me for over 45 minutes discussing various cars and never once made me feel any pressure to buy. I told my wife that I had just had the best conversation I could imagine having with a car salesman. He just seemed to love cars. He impressed me so much that we went back to him to buy our new CR-V and he was extremely helpful at finding the car we were looking for as well as working with our bank on the loan. We were also very happy with the price we got. I would highly recommend Bobby. More

This was my very first experience of buying a car in the US, and Bobby made it a memorable one. He was quick, smart and knowledgable about his job. He was also really patient, especially in two occasions: 1 US, and Bobby made it a memorable one. He was quick, smart and knowledgable about his job. He was also really patient, especially in two occasions: 1- when we were test-driving and my friend put a lot of pressure on breaks and transmission and 2- When stupid Geico people failed to send the dealer the paperwork in time. He also managed to offer me an awesome deal for Honda Civic 2012 (by the way, I recommend this car to EVERYONE, I absolutely love it) which matched my budget. The most impressive experience was that Bobby did not waste my time and also did not push me to buy the car before I was ready to do so. He negotiated on my behalf and gave me his best offer in less than 10 minutes when I said that I liked the car, and honestly, none of my friends have gotten any deal as lovely as the deal I got for my car.
