This was my very first experience of buying a car in the US, and Bobby made it a memorable one. He was quick, smart and knowledgable about his job. He also managed to offer me an awesome deal for Honda Civic 2012 (by the way, I recommend this car to EVERYONE, I absolutely love it) which matched my budget. The most impressive experience was that Bobby did not waste my time and also did not push me to buy the car before I was ready to do so. He negotiated on my behalf and gave me his best offer in less than 10 minutes when I said that I liked the car, and honestly, none of my friends have gotten any deal as lovely as the deal I got for my car. I just bought a 2012 Insight from Joe Torres at Cambridge Honda. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Joe made the time to give me all the details of the different specs of vehicles and allowed for a proper test drive. I went away to consider various options and after visiting a few other dealers was ready to return to the curteous Joe. Once I had decided on the right vehicle for me, Joe was helpful in finding the right price that we could do business at. The negotiation was straightforward and I was pleased to come away with a better price than I expected. Joe also made an effort to introduce me to others in the team at Cambridge Honda, all of who were equally friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Joe and Cambridge for a great experience! More
I bought my 2009 Civic LX from these guys before, they gave me a great price but with negotiation of course. This time I went in for the Odyssey EX-L and they did the standard song and dance, trying to g gave me a great price but with negotiation of course. Eventually we agreed on close to what I wanted to pay. I wanted to do repeat business with these guys as they were great last time. I pretty much settled on these guys, I could have gotten a little better pricing but not by much. More

I was good to know that the dealership had a deal with other Honda dealerships around the area, so if they did not have the color, model of the car you wanted in their dealership, they would contact other dealerships and find one for you. I am SO happy with my recent purchase of my 2012 Civic coupe. I ended up at Cambridge Honda after test driving the car elseware. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman, Bobby Boyd, who assisted me in learning everything about my high tech car. He also was upfront about any questions i had and happily answered every one of them. Bobby and his boss Declan took care of me to say the least. They stayed in contact with me even on their days off so that i could be in my new car as soon as they got it. I really appreciate the honesty and loyalty they treated me with and believe they do a great job at treating all of their customers this way. The two times i went to Cambridge Honda, the other employees also treated me respectfully and were so friendly. I took a friend with me the first day to sign papers and she also loved Bobby's personality and said she would absolutely go back and buy a car through him. I couldnt be happier with my new car and wouldnt want anything else. The communication, purchase, and customer service were above and beyond expected which also made me feel even better about my new car. Bobby Boyd is extremely knowledgable about the cars, i bought a 2012 and he showed me EVERYTHING which is currently very high tech. I dealt with Declan and Bobby, suggest meeting them if you go in! However, working with Bobby Boyd of Cambridge Honda actually made the process of leasing my 2012 Honda Accord a pleasure--not something I was expecting at all. He is very smart; professional; knowledgeable; and friendly. I hope Cambridge Honda pays him very well--because he is absolutely worth it! Give him a big raise! I will definitely lease or buy my next Honda from Bobby. More
I stopped into Cambridge Honda as my lease was running out on my 2009 Honda Accord. I spoke with the Sales Manager, Eric, who quoted me a great price on a 2012 Honda Accord lease. The price was very fair right from the start so there was no long tiring negotiation process like you run into at the larger dealers. Eric passed me off to Senior Sales Consultant, Bobby Boyd, who did a great job handling the entire sales process. I went in there at 10am that morning and was able to come back pick up my new car by 3pm that afternoon. This was by far the best experience I have had buying or leasing a car. The whole staff at Cambridge Honda was friendly, honest and very easy to deal with. I plan on referring friends and buying future cars there as well. More

I did not however have a lot of flexibility in terms of the sources of financing I had because of my other financial obligations and to my dismay ultimately my own preferred lender declined my request for financing. Though I was disappointed with my situation and regretted causing a loss of business to Cambridge Honda and could not eventually close as planned, I was still very impressed with Justin and Cambridge Honda's integrity and professionalism in the matter. I have decided to wait a few months before attempting to secure financing again and will most definitely return back to Cambridge Honda. More
