The guy was only interested in how much money I made and before I even started to discuss buying a car he wanted my income, my social and how much I pay for housing then he walked off. I actually think he was going to get me pre approved for a loan I had not even asked for. We hadn't even discussed what I wanted in an auto or even a test drive. He just wanted to get me pre approved for the maximum and try offload a car in my max range to me. He just treated my personal information that I don't just give to anybody like dirt. I waited and after a while he came back still holding the sheet with my personal information which I was afraid of them selling to other companies, I asked for the sheet, and when I had it in my hand he forcefully tried to grab it out of my hand and when I resisted he crushed my hand into a ball with his own hand and held it like that for a few seconds and laughed in my face and told me this is our information now not yours. In my opinion my absolute most private details belongs to me and they have no consent to retain it against my will, and to treat a customer like that is just a disgrace. I was in shock, I immediately left and never returned, and I never will. More

The Honda CR-V is a great car, and we're very happy to have traded in our leased Toyota Camry for it. Everybody at Cambridge Honda was friendly and helpful. The price we got is also good. Getting just the CR-V we wanted and retuning the leased Camry turned out to be pretty complicated. But Justin handled the whole affair with true grace and endless patiece. It turns out that he used to volunteer with youth in trouble for several years. He has a natural talent of relating to people and gaining their trust. Justin, and the whole team at Cambridge Honda, have radically changed my image of car dealerships, for the better. If buying a new car can turn out to be such a humanly encouraging experience, then surely there's hope for this world. More

I was looking to buy a used car, after getting into a crash where my Volvo was totaled. After looking at several small dealers, and feeling cheated by them, I turned to Cambridge Honda. I spent 4 hours on the lot the first day and was treated with respect and patience. I feel in love with my 2008 CRV, but it needed some body work. Justin did not hesitate to set this up for me; the body shop manager was great and very helpful. I was also able to get this car certified and an extended warranty. When I left the lot with my new car I felt like a queen - the car had been filled with gas, I was given a bottle of champagne, and employees stood waving me off. I thought I had won the lottery! Overall, I had a great experience at Cambridge Honda and would recommend to others looking for a trusted car buying experience. More

I had been looking at larger dealerships, (against my better judgement), thinking their bottom line would be worth me straying away from my commitment to keeping my purchases through local small businesses. Cambridge Honda was able to match most of the pricing offered to me by the bigger dealerships, further strengthening my original intention. Although I have not yet had a chance to work with the service department yet, Justin personally introduced me to the Service Manager, and I am confident that the service area of this dealership is as outstanding as the sales department.
