I have been buying cars from this dealership for 13 years...total of 6 cars. I have gone to other dealerships to compare prices. We bought a 2012 CR-V in January 2012 and had an excellent experience with the salesman, Justin Crosby. Last summer I had trouble resetting the radio in our 2007 Fit (bought elsewhere). Ashlee looked up the information, came out to the parking lot and fixed the radio cheerfully and without charge. This week we took the Fit in to have the battery replaced, and the service staff looked up and addressed pending recalls. The cost of the new battery was made clear at the beginning, as was the fact that we would need to leave the car overnight (we took it in at 3 pm!). We paid for the $25.95 wash and vac, which was a major bargain. The car runs well, it shines inside and out, and the people were attentive and pleasant. We will certainly go back. More

I contacted Justin weeks after out purchase regarding a question that had nothing to do with out new Honda. Justin was more than willing to help me even though there was no monetary gain on his part. Initially, I thought I'd end up with a Volvo or a VW, but after a test spin, trade-in value offered, high marks for Honda's cars, and great price with financing that was within my budget, I didn't continue to shop around and ended up switching brands to Honda. A lot of that decision making was based on my experience with Bobby. He spent over 4 hours with me answering all of my questions, providing a lot of information I didn't know about so I could make an informed decision having never purchased a car from a dealer before. I now have an amazing set of stylish wheels with low miles that's perfect for me and will last me for years. Bobby was patient, attentive, and a terrific resource that made me feel like I have an ally with Honda and at my local dealership. A great new relationship has begun. Overall, double thumbs up. More

He spent a lot of time helping to make sure I felt that my recently purchased 2012 Honda Accord was the right fit for me. I did not feel pressured at any point but felt that he was there to help me understand the vehicle in order to better make an informed decision. He even spent a good deal of time with me after I purchased the vehicle, helping me set up my bluetooth and XM stereo. I would absolutely recommend Cambridge Honda and working with Justin. You won't be disappointed. More
