This visit was for recall work--replacement/repair of the fuel pump module about which I received a communication from Honda. The notice instructed me to call the dealership to schedule an appointment f the fuel pump module about which I received a communication from Honda. The notice instructed me to call the dealership to schedule an appointment for the work which I did. The notice also said that the work would take about an hour and 15 minutes. However, when I checked in at the dealership for the work I was told it would take 2and a half to 3 hours; the notice said that the service department would give me a different time estimate for the time the work would take, but the person on the phone did not do this. Also, when I brought the car in they asked to confirm with me that I had less than a tank of gas, I had almost a full tank; neither the notice from Honda nor the person who made the appointment with me on phone, told me about this. Poor communication from Honda and the dealership! More

Not honest in disclosing the condition of the car they waited to tell me when I picked it up ! I'm not one to write reviews in general but my experience was so terrible at Cambridge Honda that it left me no choice. Firstly my apologies to Mike Carroll. He was an exceptional salesperson who we literall was so terrible at Cambridge Honda that it left me no choice. Firstly my apologies to Mike Carroll. He was an exceptional salesperson who we literally went back there for specifically. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. The General Sales Manager Javel Sosa however, was hands down the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. We weren't sure if we wanted to go with the car he was offering on the first day and told him that we'd let him know by end of day. When I went to look at the offer one more time he quite literally snatched the paper from my hands and snapped "NOPE, thats mine" which was off putting at minimum. His interaction with us was the real reason we were considering finding a deal elsewhere, not the deal itself. When we went back to buy the next day he was even more rude, outright insulted our intelligence, and when I asked him not to do that (insult me) he told us we were being combative and argumentative. Before I could say that I would take the deal, he yelled at us that he wasn't offering it anymore and that we can go buy a car elsewhere and that he didn't want our business. There was a show room full of people all staring and they were horrified. What is even more frustrating is that I'm a nurse with very few weekends off (especially holiday ones!) and I spent my entire weekend back and forth with them and nothing to show for it. If you are in need of a new car, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. More
