Cambridge Honda DOES care I recently brought my CRV in for a tune up and state inspection. I was running late for my appointment because I had a flare up of arthritis in my hi I recently brought my CRV in for a tune up and state inspection. I was running late for my appointment because I had a flare up of arthritis in my hip and was moving with extreme difficulty. I was informed by the service representative that there was a 2 hour wait before they could service my car. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and come back another day. Since it took such a physical effort to get there, I decided that I'd bite the bullet and wait. Barely an hour later, I heard an announcement that my car was ready. The service representative recognized my physical discomfort and demonstrated her human kindness and compassion by getting my car serviced as quickly as possible. She didn't have to do that yet she did. This is the 2nd CRV that I've bought from Cambridge Honda and I've had both cars serviced there for their duration. I've always found the service work to be excellent and the service representatives to be helpful, honest and careful to explain what was being done and why. This recent experience brought my service experience to another level. Thank you! More
