I haven't bought a car there (yet), because I lived out of state, but based on this service department, I absolutely will in the future. They have done the majority of the service on my truck and my wife's Odyssey. The service is always on time, almost always available right away, and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about Laura at the service desk, she has always been great to work with every time I go there, as are the other reps. More

And yes, the CRV la This is my second purchase from Cambridge Honda. I came back because the service over the past 12 years has always been excellent. And yes, the CRV lasted 12 years and 200K miles. Anyway, this past year I started to put some money into the car and my last trip in I just decided it was time to get something new. Shiva Dhital walked me through the sales process and recommended the HRV. I love it. I looked at a lot of different cars and considered a luxury vehicle this time around but at the end of the day I wanted something affordable and reliable. More

My husband and I have purchased three Hondas here - all excellent cars that we've driven for a long time - and this is where we come for service. Recently my car was almost totaled in an accident, but first Brian and then Dan in the Body Shop were ANGELS and saved my beloved Civic!! Everyone at the Service Desk is so kind and welcoming, and the waiting area is comfy and pleasant. (Coffee! Donuts!) We are VERY satisfied customers!!! More
Don't come here if you expect to be treated with respect I wish that I could break out my review into two...one for the sales rep and another for the general manager but I can't so here goes. Some backgr I wish that I could break out my review into two...one for the sales rep and another for the general manager but I can't so here goes. Some background: I wanted to avoid in-person haggling and get as much done over the internet as possible. I did tons of research on SUVs and narrowed my search down to 3 cars, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, and Mazda CX-9. After I test drove all three, I short listed to the Honda and Mazda and it was down to which car I could get for cheapest. I was able to get the best pricing from one of the dealerships. Unfortunately, when I was filling out the paperwork for the car, it became apparent that they no longer had the color that I wanted available. Not needing a car, I walked and shopped that quote to a bunch of dealerships. If they said, they could match/beat, I'd go in. So yesterday (12/27/2018), I got an email back from the internet salesperson (Jessica) at Cambridge saying that they could match the price. I drove over the Cambridge Honda and spent 3+ hours there for NOTHING. Sales Rep: 3 stars I dealt with John C. He's a newer sales rep (1-2 years) who's been around dealerships his whole life (apparently his family owns a used car dealership). I found John to be honest, trust-worthy and fair. All these things mean a lot when dealing with such a large purchase. Where his rating gets dinged is on stringing me along for 3+ hours when he could have told me up front what his best pricing was. This would have saved both of us a ton of time. I didn't want to negotiate on pricing but if we could've gotten down to the price that brought me there in the first place, I would have been fine doing business with him. General Manager: 1 star Upon arrival, I was introduced to Vincent who then passed me onto John. While I spent the most time with John, it was the final minutes of time spent with Vincent that color the entire ordeal. To ensure that I was comparing apples to apples with all the dealerships, I was asking for the "out the door" (OTD) cost - this includes the cost of the car, taxes, and any fees and is the total cost of your car. The best offer that they could give me was higher in the cost of the car as well as the OTD cost. What was memorable (in a bad way) about my interaction with him was 1.) He argued that the initial dealership had provided ultra low pricing to lure me in to do a bait and switch (I work in sales and am very attuned to reading people...that was not the case). 2.) As he walked away in a huff, he said that the pricing that I had was fake and brought up a poor analogy of offering his pen to me for $1 even though the pen didn't exist. 3.) During this whole exchange, I pointed out that what I was looking for was the OTD price to be matched/beaten. The whole reason I was there was because the internet sales person, Jessica, said that the price could be matched. Even if there was a misunderstanding in what "price" (the OTD price or the car price), neither were matched anyways. They literally said yes to draw me in and tried to get "their" price for the car. Well, today (12/28/2018) I just purchased the car that I wanted, in the color that I wanted, and the OTD cost that I wanted from Honda Village. I guess my "fake pricing" was real after all. Additionally, I spent 0 time negotiating price. I walked in, told them about the OTD quote I wanted and they evaluated and said they could do it - literally no time spent haggling. If I wasn't able to get the price that I wanted from any dealership, I would have been fine starting the process over again in a few months when incentives were back in play. If that happened, I would NOT have included Cambridge Honda based on my interactions with them yesterday. I feel badly for John. Yes, he ended up wasting 3+ hours of my time but I feel like his mistake had more to do with lack of experience vs. trying to scam me. I wish him the best going forward. With regards to Vincent, it's really too bad that he decided to treat me that way. All the other dealerships (Boch, Herb Chambers, and Honda Village) treated me with respect. Fact of the matter is that Cambridge Honda did not. I work in sales. While the customer isn't always right, they ALWAYS deserve to be treated with respect. More

The service was once again amazing and Mike was there to assist throughout the entire process. Love the car (and price) I left with and will definitely come back once my lease is up. Completely recommend this dealer for someone who is looking for friendly service and an overall stress-free experience. More

I honestly was not expecting to purchase a car so quickly, but he was professional and made the entire process as smooth as could be. On the day we finalized the purchase we ran into a snag with my insurance company (not Honda Cambridge's fault whatsoever) but Mike worked hard to resolve the problem and get me out as soon as possible. Looking for a car is an experience no one really likes, but Mike and the team at Cambridge Honda made it as easy as possible. More
