They have a rule that repairs must be done within the first month, but they kept delaying, saying their parts guy was slow, so I got verbal confirmation that the repairs will get done even if it takes longer than a month bc I initiated it early and have been following up regularly. After a while I kept getting the same answer so I asked to be CCed on the email to their parts guy or a screenshot of the conversation, just so I could know they actually we're on it. No response since I asked that, and now I need to go down there and I'm only able to make it on a weekend, when their repair guy only works on weekdays. If nothing comes of this, I'm just going to report them to the BBB. More

The car I got was actually in good working condition. But I didn't realize they tricked me on the price until after I went home and did the math. Also my salesman was a real xxxxx. His attitude changed after I decided to buy the car and then he started acting disrespectful to me. He should have had it done and ready to sign since I already paid them my down payment days before I finalized the paperwork.
