Went to get my door actuator fixed because my door wasnt locking. When I got my car back, the interior door handle was DAMAGED. The interior door handle had its smooth rubber carved in, with pieces of rubbe locking. When I got my car back, the interior door handle was DAMAGED. The interior door handle had its smooth rubber carved in, with pieces of rubber still hanging from it. It looks like a dog chewed on it! And it has a big crack on the bottom! the door handle cover for my vehicle is made from brushed aluminum, and it was all bent, and dented in. Like if they used a flat head screw driver to pop it off, instead of using a plastic trim removal tool. The interior door handle was like brand new, before they got their hands on it. And now it's all carved into and has a big Crack on the bottom of it! They didn't even bother to put the door handle cover back on properly. There's a gap between the door handle, and the cover. RIDICULOUS! especially because they gave me the run around just to get the door actuator fixed! Spent two days, 5 hours each day there, and honestly wouldn't even want them to do "work" on my car again. I pretty much took my car to get its door actuator fixed and they return it to me with a broken door handle! The definition of "Mickey mouse job" I already ordered the door handle, and door handle cover from BMW, and I'm going replace them myself. Sometimes when you want things done right, you just have to do them yourself. It's interesting because they come off as nice people, but they're really xxxxx.'s ....EVERYTHING about this place is MEDIOCRE. I wont be surprised when they shut down in a few months, and just rebrand, with a whole new staff...This is their worst location, and it shows. And the sales team has no reason to be that lazy when asked for assistance, they act like they're on an open sales floor, and can miss a potential sell. When really, they just go by an "up" system, and spend most their times on their phones like a bunch of Jack's instead of being out on the lot. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If ownership really cares about their business they'd tighten it up. And I was going to be cool about the whole situation, but this is unacceptable, I got treated like I'm some jerk or something More
Poor communication and inaccurate information. I inquired on used vehicle using their stock ID: First salesman told me that vehicle was sold and had been picked up. Then I received a notice thr I inquired on used vehicle using their stock ID: First salesman told me that vehicle was sold and had been picked up. Then I received a notice through Car Gurus that the same vehicle was still available. When I called a second time, a different rep, Luis, confirmed availability and made an appointment for me to test drive for the following day. I confirmed appointment and availability the day of, only to be notified later, again by Car Gurus that the vehicle was sold. When I contacted Luis for clarification on this, he stopped responding and I never heard back. More
