❌️Horrible Experience – Disrespectful, Arrogant, and Unprofessional Staff❌️ I went to this dealership on Saturday, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The entire staff, from the ph Unprofessional Staff❌️ I went to this dealership on Saturday, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The entire staff, from the phone assistant to the receptionist, the salesman, and even the finance manager David, were rude, entitled, and incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, the finance manager David openly talked about cocaine use and sleeping with multiple women while slurring his words, showing a complete lack of professionalism. My Experience When I arrived, I spoke a salesman, explained exactly what I needed, what I wanted, and what I was able to do. He thanked me for my honesty and said he would go inside to see what he could work out. 45 minutes passed, and the salesman was nowhere to be found. I was left waiting outside in my car without any update. I finally had to call the receptionist, who then had the finance manager David and another manager come outside to speak with me. At that point, the conversation seemed reasonable. The finance manager assured me that they would sell the car at the asking price with no extra fees—just tax, license, and registration. I asked if they could go lower, but they declined. I told them I would think about it and left. I returned the following day, ready to proceed with the deal. However, the sales manager and the other manager who originally spoke to me were not there. Instead of the agreed-upon price of $37,850, they gave me a purchase order for $38,323. I immediately told the salesman who handed me the purchase order that this was not the price we had agreed upon. He brushed it off and told me, “Don’t worry about it. If they told you a different price, we’ll reimburse you for it.” After the hassle of arranging an overnight check from my bank for $38,000, I returned to the dealership to finalize the purchase. As I sat there, I was completely ignored while waiting. Meanwhile, the finance manager David laughing and ignoring me started boasting about his weekend filled with cocaine, strippers, and how he was “the man.” then finally David said hey what's going on I handed them the check and then I excused myself to use the bathroom, and when I returned, a salesman I had never dealt with before aggressively confronted me and said, “Hey, you’re missing some money.” I was confused and asked what he meant. He rudely responded, “Yeah, you’re missing $323.” I reminded him that the agreed-upon price was $37,850 and that when I was given the purchase order for $38,323, I had specifically asked about the difference. Instead of discussing it professionally, he rudely snapped back at me, insisting I was short on money. At this point, I told him, “If you don’t want my business, that’s fine.” Without hesitation, he grabbed the check I had handed to the finance manager David, threw it back at me, and said, “Have a nice day.” My Final Thoughts This dealership is an hour and 45 minutes away from me as I live in Woodland Hills, and this experience was a complete waste of four days of my time. On top of that, I spent two and a half hours in traffic each way, every time I went. So I wasted over 20 hours of my life dealing with this place, only to be disrespected, ignored, and treated like I didn’t matter. The arrogance, cocky attitude, and blatant disrespect from the staff—combined with the finance manager's inappropriate discussions about drugs and women—made this the most unprofessional car-buying experience I have ever encountered. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this dealership deserves every word of this one. ❌️If you value Honesty, Professionalism, and Respect, Take your Business Elsewhere—even if it means spending more money at a different dealership. Do not waste your time here I promise you you will regret it.❌️ More

DO NOT RECCOMEND(DANGEROUS) Me and my mother looked for a car in late july this year, we were looking at a suv (cx-9) with 60k miles on it. From the beggining it was a nice and warm buying experience, they a car in late july this year, we were looking at a suv (cx-9) with 60k miles on it. From the beggining it was a nice and warm buying experience, they were on top of it (drinks, accomdations) and at the end of the day we were sold and given the 1 set of keys. Not even considering the key fob was broken and not replaced before and after buying the car, the gas wasnt even filled. We were told it came with a 1 year warranty which was a blessing in this situation. As someone who isn't much of a irrational person when we had an issue that was involving the coolant system they were on top of it at the beggining. I stated and it was obvious by the overkilling sweet smell of coolant. We were told it was something else and the car would always be "deodorized" by the time we would get the car. It would be fine but still had a overbearing coolant smell. All the while my mother would be breaking her back working to support her bills and pay for two cars because she was using a rental before hand , because she wasn't in ownership of a car beforehand. The car was brought in 3 TIMES and at that point the last time we got it, the car had a new dent on the hood, it was missing the engine cover, undercarriage plastic cover, and the inside had the workers dirty gloves still. There was one apology and it was told it would get fixed. The service manager finally found the issue after it was stated by us more than 3 times that the issue was in the coolant system . The car is supposedly fixed and I'm out of the state when I get a call from my mother that the car shut off in the middle of the street. Mind you we haven't had the car long enough for a OIL CHANGE. All the work had been done there since we've had it. Everytime we went to pick the car up it would take an hour to get because everyone would be so "busy" looking at the other potential car buyers. I take honesty and morality very seriously so it was surprising when I called again and was told the customer(My mom and me) stated the issue "unclearly 3 times"... I said coolant coming from the engine bay. There is only so much a consumer can say to when it should be up to the mechanics responsibility after that. They offer to fix the car one last time and after they become very uninterested in the subject almost as if there wasn't any care put into it. My mother then calls again to tell me the car isn't turning on and is now leaking and spraying gas! We now are clearly frustrated and try to reach out and the service manager is very cold towards us when we talk about bringing the car back for a potential reimbursement that my mom had talked about. This isn't a volume knob that's broken. This is a mechanical issue that they know about and while my mom is sitting without a car they could care less. We are done dealing with them and we are now taking it to the the mechanic shop that the warranty offered. They call back and say that in the fuel injectors rail they stripped a bolt into the rail and that's the reason the fuel injectors popped off. They state it would've been a 1500 dollar job had we bought it back there, mind you. At the point thatwe were done the dealership they said we would need to make "out of pocket" costs for repairs. I repeat NOT EVEN LONG ENOUGH TO HAVE FOR A OIL CHANGE because at this point they have had it more in possession than my mom has had it(she's still making payments on it) we are now checking to make sure the coolant was actually fixed and this is still an ongoing issue. I don't recommend this place. We were extremely patient with them and understanding when they said they would call back and wouldn't, when they would take a hour to give us back the car when my mom would have to work. When we would call to confirm pickup and drive out to pick it up, then would wait for another hour for then just to say it would be ready the next day. Unsafe, unprofessional, rude, and above all dangerous. More
