Once they had sold me the car, they proceeded to lose the keys for over 8 hours, made a faulty replacement key, and then refused to do anything to make up for the entire day being wasted. I opted not to visit the lot at all after they changed the price on me. Ashley seemed professional and helpful over text. The vehicle price had been dropping $100-200 each week and was close to $15k when the price on me. Ashley seemed professional and helpful over text. However, after I contacted them, I looked up the vehicle again and saw that the price had risen $900 that day! I was sketched out, especially after seeing what the online reviews said about them trying to change prices and not being transparent. I pointed it out to Ashley and she seemed very sympathetic ("I understand your concern about the price change. Let's see what we can do to help."), but I didn't have faith that anything would actually be resolved. 100% glad I avoided this place! More
