Frank in Financing is Shady and will lie to your face! I drove up from San Diego to buy a car that I had seen online Oct Friday Oct 27! Typical used car tricks and It's really too bad because I would have referred many people to them! Financing I had my own financing and he couldn't beat the rate! He said no problem just bring a check in the next 5 days from my bank! He would set up financing just in case it fell through, ok no problem! I wrote a check for a portion of the purchase! Monday Oct 30 I went to my bank to get the check, they gave me a temp and said I needed to get prof of registration! They called Nick the other guy in finance and said ok no problem! I drove back up to Ca Beemer from SD. When I got there Frank tells me he can't p ivied proof of registration and it takes 10 days! He tells me I guess you will just have to go with our financing because have close the books for the month! I get my banker on the phone with him she tells him about the conversation w nick and has had many customers buy from CA Beemer and its never been a problem in the past? He explains he is the boss not nick and he makes the decisions, he is closing the books out! Frank could have honest on Friday the 27 that he wouldn't be able to get proof of registration but he wanted the sale and the $ from selling me the loan. To top it off he tells me to just re-finance with my bank! Shady Franky Strikes! Window Tenting I wanted my windows tented and was told $200! I asked if I could get it done that day Frank responded yes, have Josh call the guy when we are done, ok cool! When I go to sign now the price is $300. I asked Frank about it and his response is "I can't do anything about it that is what he charges, lie because I asked the guy doing it what he charges! Then I go to get Josh to call, which he does but the guy only comes in on Wed! I asked Shady Franky if I could get me $300 back and I will just get it tented in SD and save myself the drive back up, his response sorry already paid the guy! Really are you kidding me xxx! Shady Franky Strikes again for $100! BMW InTouch -Shady Franky tells me it usually costs roughly $800 but he will give for free and I will get a discount on my car insurance! Ok sounds great! The actual cost is only $350 and he is charging me close to $800. Then I go to sign and the cost for InTouch is in contract so he can get paid $450! I ask him about it and his response is it's free I am waiving dealership costs which didn't translate any on paper cause I was still paying xx dealership costs! Shady Franky Strikes again! It's really a shame that Frank feels the need to lie to nickel and dime customers when it was such a great buying experience! Too bad! I refinanced my loan just out of spite even though it cost me! So many lies I'm just hoping the didn't buy a car that had been in an accident and they fixed it without reporting it to Carfax! If the law wasn't on their side I would have returned the car! More

Understanding that I made the mistake of trusting this dealership when they stated that the car was in perfect "certified pre-owned" condition with no damages what so ever. The alignment was off on all four corners, paperwork to prove that and there are dents in the hood of the car. Upon discovery of these things I made every attempt to discuss this with the OWNER of CA Beemers and not only was he rude and not sympathetic at all, he was only worried about the money he was or was not making. I feel that this was the worst car buying experience ever. The staff at CA Beemers are unprofessional, rude, and they lack the skill of communication. Since buying this vehicle I have had to purchase two new tires for $850.00 and had to have a wheel alignment at $109.00. Mike A owner and Frank internet salesman agreed to send a check in the amount of $100.00 ans still have not received it. I feel that this is unacceptable however what choice do I have at this point. They were very helpful they even talked to me over skype so I can put a face on the person who is selling me the car, when I asked to take extra pictures of the car for me they did and sent it within minutes, they went above and beyond to help me out. Got the car shipped no hassle, they took car of all the necessary paper work and the car has been running great, thank you Joc service was fantastic, and I will for sure tell all my friends and family to purchase a car from you. I think it is worth showing the car that you are going to buy to your mechanic. This will save you a lot of money down on the road. we bought our car without an independent mechanical inspection. We trusted them as they said all of their cars are fully inspected by their mechanics. Shortly we found several mechanical issues and their customer support was a joke. They did not even respond to our phone calls after they cashed our check. Go figure! (2) Be aware of their false advertisements. If you are not familiar with the BMW packages and options, you will be mislead. You might find that an advertised car with a set of packages is cheaper than others, however, the car may not have the package as they claimed. I bought a car that advertised has the premium Package "Prem Pkg" on their website. At the time I did not know what exactly are included in the premium package. Later I found out that the car did not have the premium package. (3) In comparison to several other car delaers that we bought cars from, they are definitely the most dishonest one. (4) I also noticed that after every one-star review, there are several very positive reviews (mostly posted on the same day!! Thanks to the other posted review that pointed this out). I would not pay attention to these statements as they are most likely written by themselves. I would read some of the negative reviews to have a more accurate feelings about who you are dealing with.
