Understanding that I made the mistake of trusting this dealership when they stated that the car was in perfect "certified pre-owned" condition with no damages what so ever. The alignment was off on all four corners, paperwork to prove that and there are dents in the hood of the car. Upon discovery of these things I made every attempt to discuss this with the OWNER of CA Beemers and not only was he rude and not sympathetic at all, he was only worried about the money he was or was not making. I feel that this was the worst car buying experience ever. The staff at CA Beemers are unprofessional, rude, and they lack the skill of communication. Since buying this vehicle I have had to purchase two new tires for $850.00 and had to have a wheel alignment at $109.00. Mike A owner and Frank internet salesman agreed to send a check in the amount of $100.00 ans still have not received it. I feel that this is unacceptable however what choice do I have at this point. They were very helpful they even talked to me over skype so I can put a face on the person who is selling me the car, when I asked to take extra pictures of the car for me they did and sent it within minutes, they went above and beyond to help me out. Got the car shipped no hassle, they took car of all the necessary paper work and the car has been running great, thank you Joc service was fantastic, and I will for sure tell all my friends and family to purchase a car from you. I think it is worth showing the car that you are going to buy to your mechanic. This will save you a lot of money down on the road. we bought our car without an independent mechanical inspection. We trusted them as they said all of their cars are fully inspected by their mechanics. Shortly we found several mechanical issues and their customer support was a joke. They did not even respond to our phone calls after they cashed our check. Go figure! (2) Be aware of their false advertisements. If you are not familiar with the BMW packages and options, you will be mislead. You might find that an advertised car with a set of packages is cheaper than others, however, the car may not have the package as they claimed. I bought a car that advertised has the premium Package "Prem Pkg" on their website. At the time I did not know what exactly are included in the premium package. Later I found out that the car did not have the premium package. (3) In comparison to several other car delaers that we bought cars from, they are definitely the most dishonest one. (4) I also noticed that after every one-star review, there are several very positive reviews (mostly posted on the same day!! Thanks to the other posted review that pointed this out). I would not pay attention to these statements as they are most likely written by themselves. I would read some of the negative reviews to have a more accurate feelings about who you are dealing with. Stay away from these guys. They plain lie-told me my car had 3 owners and it had 5, told me they did 140 point inspection and did none. Knowingly sold a car that would not pass safety. Talked to California Beemer over the phone and they said the "CPO" 2005 BMW M3 I was interested in was still available and they would love to let me test drive it. When I got there not only did the car not have half the options they said it had (it clearly didn't have the sunroof or 19" rims - not sure how they could get this wrong) but all 4 rims had been repaired poorly and the side view mirror was completely cracked down the middle (anyone who knows BMW's CPO policy knows this is clearly NOT a CPO car). The kicker is they said they wouldn't let me test drive the car unless I got a credit check first - I've never heard of this before and I'm not going to ding my credit just to test drive a car. Keep in mind I pulled up in a late model (2004) Mercedes E Class with full AMG bumpers, rims, etc. More

I purchased a car there and made the terrible mistake of leaving there for a few days so that they could detail the car. When I went to pick it up the was not detailed or washed. They broke one of the mirrors and refused to fix it. I spent nearly 30k for a car and they refused to pay for the damage they did. I will never go there again and suggest that you do not as well. I went there to look at bmw's because of their low prices. If the cars looked in good shape I was interested in buying with cash which I could have done that day. The sales person said I had to fill out a lengthy credit application before I could test drive anything and then proceeded to bring in the floor manager who was extremely rude and refused to let me test drive multiple cars. He said I either knew what car I wanted or I was wasting their time. He accused me of not being a serious buyer and challenged my ability to pay. We walked out because he was so terrible. He lost two customers forever who were willing to walk out with a car that day paid in cash. I would never go here again nor should anyone else. More
