Best Car Purchase Experience :) Buying my car was such a great experience is not what I thought I would be telling everyone a month ago. I bought my X4 from California Beemers which I would describe as a boutique dealership where it seems everyone is a BMW enthusiast. I can’t stand the typical car buying/leasing experience. I don’t have the stomach for the pushiness and sleaziness involved and so my husband saves me the trouble and handles the unpleasantness. Except this time! We went in and met with Todd Kist who immediately struck us as this genuine guy bursting with positive energy somehow at 8:30pm. The car was in great condition, except for some very minor scratches. Todd made sure we were happy with the car and asked us to pick up the car in a day so their guys would fix the scratches. The day we picked it up, the car was ultra-shiny without even a fingerprint and every scratch was gone. He made sure the car was detailed and it really felt like I bought a new car. Even after 2 weeks, whenever I reached out to Todd to ask about buying new rims, he would make sure I am 100% happy with the car. I am not used to that kind of after-purchase experience and was very impressed when he offered me a complementary odor treatment for the car. He didn’t act like “am doing you a favor” kind of thing, instead he came across as really really wanting me and my husband to be happy with our new car and would go above and beyond to help us. If you are thinking about buying a BMW, definitely stop by California Beemers and ask for Todd, I promise you a superior salesman and just an awesome guy. Many Thanks :) More

All my questions were answered and the cars were priced to sell. If I may offer one suggestion, it is that the parking lot for customers needs more space as it sometimes gets rather congested and as your reputation continues to grow there will probably be even more customers! They promised to send a check for $500 but sent only $22. Yes, that's right $22. Supposedly they sell the most "M"'s in the nation. I hope that they don't otherwise M owners would buy a great car from such a shady dealership. Next time they'll probably sell you an air freshener at cost for "$600," but there's no way you can take it off because it comes with the car. More

Disappointed *Please DO NOT buy from California Beemers*. I bought a 2013 550i from them, My first BMW. The car was either in a accident and/or repainted. But yet *Please DO NOT buy from California Beemers*. I bought a 2013 550i from them, My first BMW. The car was either in a accident and/or repainted. But yet had a "clean" Carfax. When two authorized BMW dealerships confirmed the car had been repainted I called California Beemers to speak to Frank and I never received a call back. I decided to swing by and talk to Frank in person. He swore the car had a clean title and was never repainted or in an accident. We all know when you pay for repairs out of pocket and not through insurance you can keep it off carfax to resell and fool people into buying a damaged car. He told me when I got the car detailed they must have taken off the clear coat and it wasn't his problem. After BMW showing me the signs the car was clearly repainted. California beemers get's the left over BMW's from auction the dealerships won't certify as "pre owned" unless you're going to haggle them down 5-10k from their asking price for the money you will have to come up with to fix what they hid from you, you're better off buying a certified pre-owned BMW from the dealership that will guarantee their cars. Frank wheels and deals you and once you drive off that lot it's now your problem and not theirs. It's really unfortunate because I will never buy another BMW. And it's not because of BMW it's because of the miserable experience I had a California beemers. I tried to take the car back to them to figure out what they could do for me and they wanted no part of helping someone that just spent 36k with them. So consider this when you're in the market for a new car and ask yourself if this is the experience you're seeking. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from a authorized BMW dealership not some second hand car lot that is all smoke and mirrors. There's a reason those BMW's are not at the dealership. BMW won't certify them therefore they will eventually have issues. More

I ending up getting a 428i from Josh who is a really great guy... he was so accommodating and laid back, he never once pressured me or even suggested I get a car. He just jet me decide for myself and answered all my questions along the way. This was buy far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The faculty is really nice, clean and very comfortable. I have to totally disagree with the previous review about frank..Frank was great! He did everything he could to help get me a great interest rate and great payment. I think we can all agree that with anything we can't always make 100% of the people we come in contact with happy 100% of the time. Take it from a sceptical guy who is cautious of everyone!! California beemers And its staff are top notch awesome people. The cars are amazing, well taken care of and look beautiful. I took my car right to a BMW dealership for a full inspection and it had zero issues And they said it was pristine! If you're looking for a great car at a great price from awesome no pressure people, you need to go here first. It doesn't hurt to just check them out and see for yourself. 5 star across the board.
