Working with Dan and Barbara was super. This is a spectacular place. They hook you up with great cars at insane prices. I love the car I got. Barbara took us out for a healthy drive where we could experience the handling of the vehicle on a fun road close by. Dan gave me a thorough walk through on my new vehicle as we were wrapping up the process. I don't think I've ever had a more fun car purchase experience. I've bought from carmax a few times, private party for my sports cars, traditional dealerships as well. ...These guys are so far in a league of their own, it's unreal. I told them several times this is the 1st of many vehicles I'll be buying from them! The thing I really liked was that their inventory is mostly loaded vehicles and at unreal prices. One thing I experienced while trying to purchase my first car was a lot of other dealers were rude and had not willing to explain their prices. I found this car through capitol one auto navigator. Got pre qualified and there wasn't much negation required. They were super helpful removing/covering certain fees, getting my payment as close as possible to what I wanted, and also helped drive my second car home after purchase. They also gave me great advice as far as refinancing in the future since my credit is still young. All in all it was a super easy buying experience Shout out to Sandy. Thx for your help More

He has been there for 6 years and I HIGHLY recommend you ask for him. His knowledge about all the cars, every feature and where to focus is amazing. Plus he is just a super nice guy and really cares about the customer. There were 2 cars she was looking at but really was still set on the Porsche. However, I knew once she drove the BMW's game over, and it was. Ultimately she purchased a 2 series convertible. It's gorgeous, the entire place was amazing. Everyone is so nice, low pressure. The price was fair, we spend some time with Steve the manager to get all the details together. He helped us feel even more comfortable. Lastly we worked with John in the finance department and she signed all the papers. All in all another BMW purchased today. Absolutely amazing experience and everyone was amazing, Thank you Elliott! We decided to buy the car, but upon signing all those papers one of them surreptitiously added about $1,000 for some to us invisible paint protection coating and a GPS tracking system that would be of no use to the dealer since we were paying all cash for the car. When the dealer refused to remove those charges, we decided to just walk away. More

Best Car Purchase Experience :) Buying my car was such a great experience is not what I thought I would be telling everyone a month ago. I bought my X4 from California Beemers which Buying my car was such a great experience is not what I thought I would be telling everyone a month ago. I bought my X4 from California Beemers which I would describe as a boutique dealership where it seems everyone is a BMW enthusiast. I can’t stand the typical car buying/leasing experience. I don’t have the stomach for the pushiness and sleaziness involved and so my husband saves me the trouble and handles the unpleasantness. Except this time! We went in and met with Todd Kist who immediately struck us as this genuine guy bursting with positive energy somehow at 8:30pm. The car was in great condition, except for some very minor scratches. Todd made sure we were happy with the car and asked us to pick up the car in a day so their guys would fix the scratches. The day we picked it up, the car was ultra-shiny without even a fingerprint and every scratch was gone. He made sure the car was detailed and it really felt like I bought a new car. Even after 2 weeks, whenever I reached out to Todd to ask about buying new rims, he would make sure I am 100% happy with the car. I am not used to that kind of after-purchase experience and was very impressed when he offered me a complementary odor treatment for the car. He didn’t act like “am doing you a favor” kind of thing, instead he came across as really really wanting me and my husband to be happy with our new car and would go above and beyond to help us.
