Zero stars and a lawsuit!This is a two part Zero stars and a lawsuit! This is a two part review BUYER BEWARE!!!! First off, this is the first NEGATIVE review I have EVER posted on any foru Zero stars and a lawsuit! This is a two part review BUYER BEWARE!!!! First off, this is the first NEGATIVE review I have EVER posted on any forum. Upon first look at the inventory, my conversations with Todd Kist (sales rep),Steve Cravalho (manager), the overall appearance of the dealership, and where it's located, I chose to purchase my vehicle from here. HOWEVER, I did all the negotiations over the phone with Steve since I live 2 hrs away. Steve called me back, and told me what my down payment, payment, and interest rate were, and I agreed. I got to the dealership at around 7:00 at night, car looked good aside from a broken air vent, and twisted seat belt they promised to fix. When in finance with John (finance manager), he stated that the Cilajet, Itouch, and gap insurance were included with my purchase. I stopped him to clarify because I have purchased plenty of cars, and know that gap insurance is NEVER included. He assure me that it was and continued to rush us through the paperwork since it was late. When I asked questions, he became combative, and aggressive. The only reason I didn't walk out at that time, was because of the time and drive I had already invested. Fast forward to my first bill, and Wells Fargo had a break down of the EXTRAS, that were "INCLUDED"!!! They were included in the payment I agreed to over the phone, but NEVER disclosed as an additional amount on the purchase price! I put enough down, I didn't NEED gap, nor would I have purchased it. I also would not have purchased the cilajet or Itouch (which is useless). Steve told me that the car was super clean and had NEVER been in an accident.Also a lie. Plus they applied the Cilajet over water spots that show in the sun and will not come off because the Cilajet is covering it. I have trIed getting a hold of Steve on multiple occasions, but he refuses to return my calls or text. All I was asking was for him to help rectify the situation. Todd the salesperson said,"well, you signed for it." I will be taking this dealership to court, and have spoken to attorneys who say they have other cases against California Beemers . So after 6 months of trying to get a hold of someone, I posted this review, and amazingly got a call from Steve not 2hrs later. Steve was screaming about how it's unfair I put this on Yelp, and how I never tried getting a hold of him. Also threatening me when I said I'd come to the dealership and we could talk, he responds with "come on down big boy". After realizing that I've called repeatedly, and text him directly with no response, he calms down and says he would be pissed if he were me as well. He had Frank the general sales manager call me. Frank says they will reimburse me what they over charged me (which they did), and would repaint the front bumper, remove the Cilajet and water spots, and re Cilajet the car. He said he wanted to make things right. So, they took my car for four days, and did just that......EXCEPT, they decided to paint my car without removing the bumper AGAIN. They didn't sand it or anything! Just sprayed more paint over the top, and on my fenders, and headlight, and new wheels, and the molding alongside the windshield! They left buffing marks so hard that it literally dig into the paint! It's entirely across the hood and fenders. So I sent emails to Frank, along with an estimate from a REAL body shop. And nicely asked Frank to respond in writing. Instead, Frank calls me to tell me I'm a mooch, and just trying to "make money" off the deal. He continues by talking bad about the company I work for, and threating to respond to my Yelp review with my personal information, and who I work for. He says this will show people what kind of person you are. So, I am filing a lawsuit. Along with others that came before me. Just a forewarning to anyone thinking of doing business here. More
They were awesome. I really liked how they respected me and my time. Most of the time salesman wants to take people in dealership, but they were different.
