Salesperson Justin was good, Rich, the manager who wrote up the contract, after I purchased the Tesler wont take my phone call. This is not professional and unacceptable. My wife and I have owned 8 Lexus cars over 20 years and now I know why Lexus service is top notch and why we stayed with them so long. Lexus would never put themselves in that situation to put tires that have 3/32 life left on them on a $40,000 dollar purchase. This was my first experience with Cars.com and Tesla and it was not a good one for this dealership. Again, I ask who can help me resolve this issue? More

We were looking for a newer used BMW with low mikes and found a great selection of high quality used beemers in great condition. Contacted the dealership and dealt with Noah. Be careful when doing business with this dealership. They will tell you anything on the phone to get you there and change everything once you get there. They make false promises.
