The worst car shopping experience The worst car buying experience I have ever had! Salesmen that I dealt with include the names of Norris, Rasheed, and others. They have no integrity o The worst car buying experience I have ever had! Salesmen that I dealt with include the names of Norris, Rasheed, and others. They have no integrity or respect for buyers. They play games with the price. First, the price they list online, in their car inventory is not real, the minute you walk in the price already increased by a few thousand. Second , even after you agree to a price, they would look at any little technicality to increase the price. I was already on my way to the dealership to buy the car at the agreed price; I asked them to make sure that the (hand operated) cover for the sunroof need it to be working; it was stuck when I first saw the car and I emphasized the need to fix this small problem; "not a big deal, our people would take care of that", is what they said. Already on my way there with my check (no financing , no trade in), I received a call from Mr. Norris advising me that they have to send it to the VW dealer, they could not fix it, they could not hold the price already agreed, and that it would cost a couple of thousand dollars more. You need to assume that they have good mechanics, to resolve the issue would probably take them 15 minutes. You can not trust these people, unfortunately you can not trust this dealership, I am not sure why the management tolerates this type of scheme and indecent sales tactics. Another one , before agreeing to the price, they presented me the total cost for the car: base price , taxes , fees, etc. however I noticed that they had included $ 799 docs fee, and $ 799 dealers prep fee. Reading their pricing policies (written in their own web site , I found the following: "Pricing includes dealership $799 doc fee."; I asked them to remove the doc fee and initially they did agree. After this is when they called me to advise that fixing the lid was going to cost a few thousands more. I guess they were burning too much grey matter trying to figure it out a way to recover the $799 doc fees. Avoid headaches, this is not the place to buy anything, unfortunately their people lack of professionalism, they will take advantage of you , if they can. More

lying straight to your face I called three times and talked with the general manager (Danny), Sales manager (Rasheed Brisco) and the sales agent. They all confirmed the price for a vehicle over the phone. When I got there, they switched the price. After an hour of blaming each other, they said it was a mistake. Rasheed Brisco even admitted that he wasn’t looking at the screen when he agreed on the price. He kept asking me to increase the price because my credit score is high enough and failed to see why I won’t do business with a liar. I don’t think it was a mistake because I called three times and three different people confirmed the price. After reading all this negative reviews, I think lying is their sales strategy. They will do whatever it takes to get you to their dealership, Yes even lying, to get you to play their game. This is the first and last time I will talk with them. I have purchased a lot of cars (4 cars in 6 years) and seen a lot strategies (negotiate with different sales agents, holding the keys on your trade-in vehicle so you can’t leave and acting angry when you negotiate). I have seen them all, but they never lied. Even the small used car sales agents I have dealt with didn’t lie. This is the worst. More

No Customer service Had appointment at 2:30 so I arrived at 2:30. After taking the person that came in after me went before me it took 30 minutes to just sign me in. While getting signed in the person in charge I guess proceed to tell the people who made an appointment that the appointment was for them not the customer. Then he compared the dealership to a doctor's office and said you make an appoint with a doctor but you have to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. Then he said that's how it works here. All I need was an oil change, I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and I said yes. The customer service person brought out my fillers and asked if I wanted them changed at 3:34. I told him no then I sat there in the waiting over an hour and nothing. I went to my customer service person at 4:50 to ask what was taking so long. I was told that he would have to walk all the over to the other side to see about my car and he was very busy. After he finished what he was doing he would check on my car. I left the dealership at 5:15 with an oil change no car wash. Way to go Kia that was the worst service ever, almost 3 hours to do an oil change. More

Horrible Took my 2016 Kia Sorrento in for oil change, trim on driver's side passenger door pulled loose (2nd time) and air conditioner not blowing cold. Was told air was not working because a stone had went through the grill and hit the condenser. Seriously! The service department said it was not covered under warranty, go figure. She then said oh go call your insurance company, it may be covered. I talked with the service manager, he said we see this often. I was like if you see it often, why run a diagnostic on it. Why not look for the supposed hole, and take me for the 125.00 fee. Needless to say the service manager was rude. It's all about making a quick $ for them. salesman great, general mgr and dealership horrible I drove 3 hours to this dealership after locating a vehicle online for a certain price. I called on the way to make sure they still had the vehicle an I drove 3 hours to this dealership after locating a vehicle online for a certain price. I called on the way to make sure they still had the vehicle and the was the price on the website correct. I was told yes on both. Once I got there, I was greeted by a salesman Steve Halley.. Great guy.. After we decided to work up a deal, I was confronted by a "closer" tall bald guy and the vehicle price was not what was on the internet. It also included fees for floor mats, upholstery protection, safety lock tire nut, and nitrogen for the tires. After I told him what the price was and I called to verify, he proceeded to tell me the price on the paper is the price, not the internet price. I was told the price on the on the internet included discounts/promotions "college grad, military, cash back" that I only had one of them. I pulled up there website and showed them that it does not disclose any of that information nor the optional fees. I was told he didn't care that the price on the paper was the correct price which was 2600 higher. As for my trade, they were giving me 2500 less than what THEIR website trade in value. When I questioned that, I was told they don't use that, they use a dealer program. At this point I was furious and I got up and walked out. Five minutes later, they were calling to come back and talk to the General Manager. When I got back, they waived the addt fees, increased my trade in but then tried to charge me for twice with the ridiculous dealer/doc prep fee of $799.00. Once again, I had to pull up their web site to show them the price on the internet states in the FINE PRINT, it INCLUDES dealer fees. So he deducted that from the vehicle purchase price. He handed me the buyers agreement and said here is your out the door price. I said great, lets do it.. Only to be told that on that buyers guide it showed to the left, your payment, interest rate, term, and PUTTING $2,000 down, in which I had no idea or was even told. I wanted the car and drove 3 hours because I could not find another one with all the bells and whistles I wanted, so I met them in the middle with putting $1,000 down But I can assure you, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. These kinds of practices is what gives car dealerships a bad name. I am well educated and have some knowledge in the finance business. I was able to see the deception and not take part in it.. I can only imaging how many people they have done this to and them not know it.. SHAME ON YOU for these types of practices.. More

Do not go to Kia Thronton Rd. I put down 2500 only 2000 was reflected on my paperwork I was told by the manager that the extra 500 was for his family and friends discount. Then I was told my paperwork wasn't sent out in time and my deal needed to be redone. So I went back only to be insulted by finance telling me it was basically my fault, that HE didn't get my paperwork out in time. After dealing with this for almost 2 months I do not have my car and I keep getting the run around about getting my down payment back. Save yourself go somewhere else, anywhere else would be better. Please do not get used like I did. I didn't know better and they saw me coming and took full advantage. That was my mistake, never again. More
