No key with Wheel Locks and even worse customer service! Bought a new vehicle from here a little over a year ago. When I went to get my tires rotated a few weeks ago, the shop couldn't find the wheel lock key anywhere in the vehicle. Needless to say, I called the dealership to ask about the key. They said that was a parts' question and that I would have to call and purchase a "new" key (which I never received in the first place). I decided to drive to the dealership to get the key in person and have the service team rotate the tires for me afterwards. After getting there however, I was informed that they don't sell "replacement" keys and that I would have to spend $60 on an entirely new set. Although they have a universal key to get the old locks off, I would have to purchase a new set and wait until they were shipped to have the service done. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I did not and will not be purchasing a new set of locks from this dealership, as this is their issue. I will be taking my business to another dealership! Fortunately for Kia, they use specific locks on their vehicles that inhibit tire shops to take them off without a specific key or else I would skip out on dealing with a Kia dealership altogether. Dissatisfied service Came in today due code p0106 MAP sensor. After Dia, we were told that this may have been triggered by dirty air filter (that was filthy) or the sensor needs to be cleaned. Also to add, it was told that the cerpatine belt and spark plugs need changing. Keep in mind the vehicle was just in for oil change and a check off list a "week prior". More
Excellent Employee and Client Relations My car experience at this dealership was outstanding. From my initial phone call in making my appointment to my arrival. My service advisor Mr. MAT My car experience at this dealership was outstanding. From my initial phone call in making my appointment to my arrival. My service advisor Mr. MATT METTS was very friendly and concerned with what I needed to have done on my vehicle. It was like his car was in for repairs and made sure that everything was going well. He took personal pride to ensure that I was fully satisfied with what was happening with my vehicle. On future visits Mr. METTS will be my service advisor. More
BAITED AND SWITCHED SENIORS, LIED AND FORGED MY SIGNATURE! We spent 6 hours on Thornton Rd. We went for a test drive in a 2017 Sorento - again with all the bells and whistles - only to be told when it came time to sign that we couldn't have that car because it had been 'previously financed (the BAIT). But our salesman Cleveland McComb insisted "Just trust me! Just work with me! WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE HERE HAPPY!!!" Well, we left there exhausted and as we found out over the next couple of days, we left with a LOT LESS CAR (the SWITCH). Sure it is new and has a new warranty, but it has NONE of the AMENITIES our old Sorento had. So actually we had traded down not up!We both heard the salesman and the money guy Carl say that there was a grace period and if we weren't happy to return the car. So, two days later we did - and of course THEN nobody knows 'nothin' about no grace period' - and we are stuck with a car that WE DON'T WANT. So we call KIA AMERICA to complain. They say they have NO CONTROL over the dealerships! Since then KIA America and the Thornton Rd. dealership have called, mailed and emailed numerous customer service surveys and we have told them again and again that we are NOT happy customers. Today they mailed us a Pre-delivery Inspection Worksheet which indicates that the salesman went over the car with us and showed us all the features. It is an outright lie. NONE OF THESE THINGS HAPPENED. It says that he showed us the seat warmers WHICH THE CAR DOESN'T HAVE!!! We never saw the car they sold us until we drove it off the lot -A PIG IN A POKE!!! And to top it off they forged my signature at the bottom of the page. Never ever buy anything from KIA in general and Thornton Rd. KIA in particular. More

Worst experience It's hard to explain how incompetent this car dealer is. Even wanted me to lie for credit. They had everything mixed up on paperwork. And to top it off my wife hit a rabbit that knocked out a few plastic revits in the front end of the car and they were going to charge us for 50 cents of plastic. We went to Lagrange Kia and they were glad to install them at no charge. J.M. More

They have no integrity o The worst car buying experience I have ever had! Salesmen that I dealt with include the names of Norris, Rasheed, and others. They have no integrity or respect for buyers. They play games with the price. First, the price they list online, in their car inventory is not real, the minute you walk in the price already increased by a few thousand. Second , even after you agree to a price, they would look at any little technicality to increase the price. I was already on my way to the dealership to buy the car at the agreed price; I asked them to make sure that the (hand operated) cover for the sunroof need it to be working; it was stuck when I first saw the car and I emphasized the need to fix this small problem; "not a big deal, our people would take care of that", is what they said. Already on my way there with my check (no financing , no trade in), I received a call from Mr. Norris advising me that they have to send it to the VW dealer, they could not fix it, they could not hold the price already agreed, and that it would cost a couple of thousand dollars more. You need to assume that they have good mechanics, to resolve the issue would probably take them 15 minutes. You can not trust these people, unfortunately you can not trust this dealership, I am not sure why the management tolerates this type of scheme and indecent sales tactics. Another one , before agreeing to the price, they presented me the total cost for the car: base price , taxes , fees, etc. however I noticed that they had included $ 799 docs fee, and $ 799 dealers prep fee. Reading their pricing policies (written in their own web site , I found the following: "Pricing includes dealership $799 doc fee."; I asked them to remove the doc fee and initially they did agree. After this is when they called me to advise that fixing the lid was going to cost a few thousands more. I guess they were burning too much grey matter trying to figure it out a way to recover the $799 doc fees. Avoid headaches, this is not the place to buy anything, unfortunately their people lack of professionalism, they will take advantage of you , if they can. More
