I was looking to buy a car from them out of state. Without being able to see the car in person they suggested we have someone come inspect it if we didn't feel comfortable. I pay ($180) to have someone inspect it and told them the following morning around 10am that we wanted to talk numbers. I didn't hear back until around 7pm. We iron out the numbers this morning and get the paperwork done and they run my credit. They called us several hours later saying they sold the car yesterday They said they sold it to another dealership and they had already sold it. I contacted the other dealership and they had the car but had no sold it (They lied). This is the worst dealership that I've ever dealt with. They have no sense of urgency and apparently don't even know when they sell cars. Complete waste of time and money with this dealership. One of the salesman then wanted to blame us for not putting a deposit on a car when they didn't even call us back after we put in an offer at 10am. We had to contact them that evening and they then said it was to late to make a sale since they were closing... All around this dealership is shady. More

The salesmen Mr. Ifeanyi does not understand customer service What an Absolute Sham!! Had the misfortune of buying a vehicle from this dealership. The salesmen Mr. Ifeanyi does not understand customer service even if it hit him in the face. The guy acts like a loose cannon and will not respond to you once the deal is done. His manager Mr. Robert Vega does not keep tabs on people who report to him and allows customers to be treated like xxxx. The management team looks at nothing other than bottom-line and of course, they will not release vehicles to you till THEY HAVE FUNDS from your bank. It does not matter to them whether you have put your down payment and that their finance person has it confirmed with Bank of America that funds were good. So god forbid, you are trying to buy a vehicle from out of state and have the misfortune of liking a vehicle in their lot, JUST PLEASE BACK OUT and take your business elsewhere. The only person at their operation who even has a semblance of customer service is Mr. Eddie Martinez who got involved and helped me sort out this mess. Kudos to the dude. More

Under new name....Love it! The service staff is excellent. Very knowledgeable. Especially the lady named Tenesha Jones. She is very friendly and helpful. Goes out of her way to help. My husband took me to the dealership to look at a new vehicle we were going to a different Kia dealership at first but the sales person was rude and not knowing very much about rebates or vehicle informa vehicle we were going to a different Kia dealership at first but the sales person was rude and not knowing very much about rebates or vehicle information so we stopped at calavan Kia and we had a great experience with our sales person Steve. Also the sales manager George was great. We bought a Kia Soul and a week later bought a k5 in a month we ended up buying 3 vehicles from Steve. We truly felt like we were family and not a customer the owner/general manager was on the floor interacting with the customers. It is a great atmosphere and we will continue to buy from this dealership..Carl in finance was very soft spoken and honest which is hard to find now days More

This dealership is terrible the manger name Quincy is very unprofessional they charged me $125.00 to diagnose my car and they misdiagnosed it. I took my car to another dealership in Kennesaw Ga. and foun very unprofessional they charged me $125.00 to diagnose my car and they misdiagnosed it. THE WORST - DO NOT Take your vehicle there for service. I had to have my vehicle towed to the closest dealership. Worst mistake of my life. Two days later and they will not speak to me about my car. Now silence. When they answer the phone the women are rude and put out. The manager is "in a meeting." My service person is "with customers" going on 3 hours now. I was basically told you aren't our only customer. I am having my vehicle towed back out of there ASAP. Kia should be embarrassed. I wish there was a zero too. More
