First of all, Veronica, the Internet service person at Douglasville Kia, called me immediately as soon as I inquired about a Kia Optima on line. My husband and I drove 42 miles to the dealership where Veronica introduced me to salesman Norris Grimes. The cars were as described, and I test drove my favorite-which had all the bells and whistles I wanted-and bought it on the spot. Norris was friendly and helpful and did not pressure me at all. I wanted leather seats installed. I brought the car back the next week and was given a loaner for two days. Norris returned my car to me (instead of my having to make the 84-mile round trip again) with absolutely gorgeous cream-colored leather seats. Truthfully, I was amazed at the quality of the seat transformation from cloth to leather. Norris made another trip to my home to pick up the extra keys to my trade-in, so I must say he is a fine salesman and customer service person. I really had no intentions on buying a car the day I walked onto the lot. I was referred by a previous buyer and was told that Fred was the man to see. I actually had forgot his name by the time I went to the dealership and behold it was Fred who actually came to see if I was needing any help. After talking for several minutes I explained to him who had sent me and then he told me he was the sales person for that buyer. Fred was very kind and understanding. He never pressured me into anything and made sure that I was aware of what was going on unlike other car dealerships. I remember Fred telling me that I would be leaving the lot that day with a car, but so did other sales people at other dealerships. He constantley reassured me that I was going to leave my piece of junk I currently was driving with them and I was taking home a new car. Fred bent over backwards to accomodate and see me through the financial process of buying the car. I was HIGHLY surprised when I drove off the lot with a new car. It was by far the most pleasant car expierence I ever had. Even after my purchase Fred has always been a call away and has helped me with anything I was in need of. I highly recommend him to anyone who is out to buy a new car and to anyone who is in doubt that they can drive off in a newer nicer car.
