I purchased a 2010 used vehicle in September 2011, a few days later I noticed a gouge in the front tire that appeared when the glue holding in the chunk of rubber failed. After a battle with the dealership they agreed to replace the tire. Shortly after getting accustomed to the car I started noticing a vibration. I had the alignment checked and it was good, so I had the wheels rotated and balanced, and was informed that three rims were bent and could not be repaired or balanced correctly, so I immediately went to the dealership. At the dealership the service manager pulled up the records and informed me that one damaged rim had been replaced, this explains the gouged tire! and the other three bent rims we now have on the vehicle that they refuse to correct. More

Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty of making us feel very special. The only complaint I have is that after we decided to accept their offer (which was very fair and within our price range) we wa us feel very special. The only complaint I have is that after we decided to accept their offer (which was very fair and within our price range) we waited over an hour and a half to get to meet with the finance manager to sign the paper work. During the wait time, everyone kept us up to date with what was happening. They were very friendly and fun to be around, but and hour and a half was still too long to wait to get a car. More

I am not the easiest person to please and James and Victoria were very patient answering all my questions, taking my numerous phone calls, and letting me test drive any car I wanted to as many times as I wanted to. James said "no charge for the test drives so drive as many as you want!" I came in with my own financing and they beat the interest rate and were more than fair on my trade in! Norris Grimes is the salesperson who helped me to purchase my Sorrento. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He never pressured nor rushed me into making a decision. I live 45 min. away from the dealer. I did not have alot of time to spend to purchase a new vehicle. I used the internet for initial contact and several questions. I new what car I wanted in advance plus options etc. Douglasville was the only dealer, even though they had 2 vehicles close to what I wanted but they were both out of my price range, be willing to try to locate or have me order a car that would fit my needs.I emailed 7 other dealerships with little or no response. Douglasville was able to locate 2 cars with exactly what I I needed. And 1 was still available when we made the deal. Jena Buie was very responsive,patient and anxious to have a satisfied customer if possible. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was happening.I have not had the chance to meet her yet. When I asked for a drive out price she was able to provide that. Once settling on a price I was able to negotiate a fair trade-in price on my car. Her manager Cleveland Morton pitched in when Jena was not available to work out he final drive out numbers including trade. On Jena's day off Bion Grady assisted with all the paperwork,trade, and documents needed for financing and was very patient and helpful as we moved paperwork thru the process. I was late for my paperwork appointment and thus I was late finishing and had to leave at 3:30 without a vist to the finance person. I had to pick up my 2 teenagers @ 4 pm. Bion was very accomodating and had a loaner available and I got back to pick up my kids and got to work just 15 min. late. This is my 10th car purchased and I have seen it all both good, bad and the ugly where I walked out only to be called back etc. The folks were interested in helping me purchase what I needed the way I needed it done and fora fair price. I have made 1 trip and only need to make a 2nd trip to finalize the deal and that was my fault. They were patient,accomodating,fair with my needs and the needs of my family. It was well worth it to drive 45 minutes and have the great experience I had.
