Response to dealer: Dealership misleads and lacks transparency in it's pricing. I have written text messages from the salesperson with one price, only for them to change the price at the closing table to $8K more for a "market adjustment". AVOID THIS DEALER. Update to response: The attachment present here speaks for itself. Even after confirming the price with your sales associate and then driving an hour to potentially purchase the vehicle, only then did you switch the price. While times are changing, your customers need to be mindful of the potential of abuse by dealers such as yourself. You may be right, maybe this it isn't "bait and switch" but it's certainly unethical and misleading to your customers. Shame on your establishment. $8k markup on a $48k vehicle is absolutely the largest price adjustment of all the dealers I've called.
