Worked with a salesperson who just did not seem to have time for us. While we were in the dealership, he was busy assisting other customers, while we were left sitting. Had they been extremely busy, I could understand the need to juggle multiple clients, but many other people were sitting around and not assisting. After leaving the dealership, they continued to call and text in an attempt to get us to come back to the dealership. Although we asked multiple times for the amount our trade appraised for, or the actual selling price of the vehicle we were interested in, we were just told to “come back” to get it all sorted out. I have no interest in sitting in a dealership for hours sorting paperwork and arguing numbers when other dealers are offering the same cars for less, with the option to complete paperwork online and view a final deal before going to the location. We chose Calavan because they offer most vehicles at MSRP without markups, and drove past other Kia locations to get to Calavan. Unfortunately, we will likely not be purchasing a car and will drive even further to purchase in order to receive better service. More

Went in with my fella and we had already been pre qualified with our bank. Was not given the opportunity to even consider making a deal. We even suggested lowering our standards on car type, mileage qualified with our bank. Was not given the opportunity to even consider making a deal. We even suggested lowering our standards on car type, mileage etc. Still a no go, plus they came back with almost a $1,000 a month payment. What a joke?! Sent me a letter which is the main reason I had even considered doin a trade with the Kia we already had and was happy with. The letter offered $15k for our trade plus $1,500 towards an upgrade. Dealer offered $10k and wouldn't even consider $0 down. Our credit isn't that bad and income is semi standard. Anyways after wasting our time at this dealership we discovered a very nice Buick. Went on down to Alpharetta and within 2 hours we were on the road with an upgraded vehicle! To top it off $0 down, $12,500k on trade and payment within our budget. Didn't even have to put my fella on, I was approved on my own! Just thought I would share my experience since both times I have been to Calavan Kia I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Service was slow took 8hrs one day for a simple oil change, tire rotation and detail and they didn't even detail properly. Now sales left us with no deal. If your considering a trade or low monthly payments and have mediocre credit, no money down etc. Go else where because they won't even work with you here...Your loss Calavan Kia. More

All be it I also knew a member of their management team they gave me about 2k off but show me a bump sticker of almost 9 grand. What a night and day difference. More
I called in and checked their website for a USED Chevy Spark that said it was on sale 3 May 22. I spoke to the salesman, he said the vehicle was there and to hurry because they are going fast. I show up before they open the next day. I texted him at 0728 to let him know I was on my way for the 0900 meet. They even called me 30 min prior to see if I was still coming. I get their and wait for about 25 min, before they say he was waiting on me at his desk. I sat where you told me to wait. after about another 15 min on his PC, he leaves and drives up a car I did not come to look at. I am like what is this. He says the car I came for has sold. I replied, why didn't you let me know. You are wasting my time. You could have told me the day prior it was sold or told me as soon as we met, instead of bringing me car I did not ask for. I wasted 3 hours total. I am only giving 2 stars because Ms. Vivian Bekele was a very nice person to talk to. Very informative. I told her I like 2 of the newer models and would come back to purchase from them when it was time. I honestly don't think I will do that now. I know they have to sell cars, but please don't waste peoples time. Thank you Ms. Vivian Bekele for the conversation. More

Waited 10 minutes with no other contact from other customer service representatives (there were 4 others). Finally one young lady told me that Ms Jones was out to lunch. Around 2:00pm she came back from lunch n we finally proceeded with my service n she had difficulty with her computer to start my.process..I did inquire as to appropriate time frame on getting all this completed she stated 1 hour n half for the oil change n then 1 hour for a car wash. While waiting for my vehicle spoke to several persons who had been there since 8:30am.... I watched my service being completed which is nice to see, when it was completed I could no longer see my vehicle didn't know if it was being washed, I finally walked back to the service area waited outside finally around 3:10 Tenesha stated is was completed....I am making a suggestion to Mr Calavan if a customer service tech is out to lunch someone else should step in n help... More

Dropped off a 1-year old vehicle which had completed died and would not start due to electrical issues. Stated that we suspected an issue with the alternator given behavior. Service department said that it would take 2 weeks before they could run a diagnostic -- we escalated and the service manager said they would look at it in the next 4-5 days. No communication and a week goes by -- nothing. Then another week and then another week...radio silence. Meanwhile, since they have our car, had to take out a rental -- even though it was a warranty repair, because they hadn't run a diagnostic yet, they wouldn't cover the rental costs, so we had to pay for those out of pocket. Fast forward 87 days...yes, 87 days!! -- they decide to make their first proactive call out of the blue and inform us that the car was repaired and surprise! -- it was indeed an issue with the alternator (replaced it along with the battery). No apologies, no decency or consideration to call us at any point prior to let us know what was going on or had even started to look at it -- just acting like it was 100% normal for 3 months to go by, have no communication and me self-funding a rental for that same time frame. If this site would let me, I would rate this dealer with negative stars to warn people off. I actively advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Calavan Kia or getting one serviced there to avoid them like the plague. Total epic service failure of massive and unmitigated proportions. More
