I saw the car that I wanted on the internet and Cleveland was extremelly helpful in providing information and a description of the car. We drove 1 hour from home to see the car and were not disappointed. O was extremelly helpful in providing information and a description of the car. We drove 1 hour from home to see the car and were not disappointed. Our salesman was Mike Awolusi and he was by far the best that we have ever dealt with. From the moment he introduced himself he made us feel comfortable and he went above and beyond to provide us with information about the car. We had our kids with us, and because of the late hour, they were hungry. He took money from his own pocket and bought them each a bag of potato chips. Because we purchased the car at closing time, Mike sent us home in a brand new car off the lot while our new car was being cleaned. We have never had such a great experience. Mike went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in our purchase and had a friendly and personable attitude the entire time. Thank you so much Douglasville Kia for an awesome experience! More

Nate did a great job from showing the vehicle to explaining it's features after the sale. From the moment Norris approached us he was very friendly and enthusiastic. He actively listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. I purchased a 2010 used vehicle in September 2011, a few days later I noticed a gouge in the front tire that appeared when the glue holding in the chunk of rubber failed. After a battle with the dealership days later I noticed a gouge in the front tire that appeared when the glue holding in the chunk of rubber failed. After a battle with the dealership they agreed to replace the tire. Shortly after getting accustomed to the car I started noticing a vibration. I had the alignment checked and it was good, so I had the wheels rotated and balanced, and was informed that three rims were bent and could not be repaired or balanced correctly, so I immediately went to the dealership. At the dealership the service manager pulled up the records and informed me that one damaged rim had been replaced, this explains the gouged tire! and the other three bent rims we now have on the vehicle that they refuse to correct. More

Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty of making us feel very special. The only complaint I have is that after we decided to accept their offer (which was very fair and within our price range) we wa us feel very special. The only complaint I have is that after we decided to accept their offer (which was very fair and within our price range) we waited over an hour and a half to get to meet with the finance manager to sign the paper work. During the wait time, everyone kept us up to date with what was happening. They were very friendly and fun to be around, but and hour and a half was still too long to wait to get a car. More

I am not the easiest person to please and James and Victoria were very patient answering all my questions, taking my numerous phone calls, and letting me test drive any car I wanted to as many times as I wanted to. James said "no charge for the test drives so drive as many as you want!" I came in with my own financing and they beat the interest rate and were more than fair on my trade in!
