Brought our sportage in for sevice. Looked up Nate because we were looking to replace this car for larger unit. Purchased 2012 Sorento. There were some obvious steps we had to take to begin the process of buying the car such as credit checks but these guys were very professional. I saw the car that I wanted on the internet and Cleveland was extremelly helpful in providing information and a description of the car. We drove 1 hour from home to see the car and were not disappointed. O was extremelly helpful in providing information and a description of the car. We drove 1 hour from home to see the car and were not disappointed. Our salesman was Mike Awolusi and he was by far the best that we have ever dealt with. From the moment he introduced himself he made us feel comfortable and he went above and beyond to provide us with information about the car. We had our kids with us, and because of the late hour, they were hungry. He took money from his own pocket and bought them each a bag of potato chips. Because we purchased the car at closing time, Mike sent us home in a brand new car off the lot while our new car was being cleaned. We have never had such a great experience. Mike went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in our purchase and had a friendly and personable attitude the entire time. Thank you so much Douglasville Kia for an awesome experience! More
