I gave the Douglasville Kia a rating of 5 for several reasons. When I first got there, I was looking around at the used cars. Mr. Nate Hill did not immediately come out, he just greeted me and then gav reasons. When I first got there, I was looking around at the used cars. After I looked around for about 15 minutes and found the car i was interested in, Mr. Hill came out and asked if I would like to see the inside. He unlocked the car for me but still didn't come out for a while, he let me look around on my own. After I checked out the interior of the car, Nate then came out and asked if I would like to test drive the car. I love the fact that he wasn't pushy at all. He gave me plenty of time to look around on my own. I loved this about Nate. I think it's very annoying when a car salesman is just on top of you as soon as you walk onto the lot. Nate gave me plenty of time to check the car out on my own, then after an appropriate amount of time, he came out to assist me. I felt absolutely no pressure and the entire experience was wonderful and relaxing. Buying a new car is a big thing, and I love that Kia let me take my time and didn't pressure me at all. I give Nate a 5 star rating because he is exactly what I was looking for in a car salesman. He was very pleasant, laid back, and a complete joy to deal with. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend I had known for a long time. He worked very hard to get me the rate that I wanted and made sure that everything went smoothly. After some bad experiences I had at Carmax earlier that day and earlier that week, Kia of Douglasville was like a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Douglasville Kia to any of my friends and family. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and if I ever am shopping for a new car again, Douglasville Kia will be the first place that I go. They treated me great and again, they were not pushy, no pressure, and this was very important to me. Thanks again to Nate and also to Ken Wilson for the great experience that I had at Douglasville Kia. If you guys keep doing business this way, you will do a lot of business, in my opinion. Brought our sportage in for sevice. Looked up Nate because we were looking to replace this car for larger unit. Purchased 2012 Sorento. We spoke with Nate and Rob mostly but everyone was very helpfull and were not pushing us to make a choice at that time. There were some obvious steps we had to take to begin the process of buying the car such as credit checks but these guys were very professional. I saw the car that I wanted on the internet and Cleveland was extremelly helpful in providing information and a description of the car. We drove 1 hour from home to see the car and were not disappointed. O was extremelly helpful in providing information and a description of the car. We drove 1 hour from home to see the car and were not disappointed. Our salesman was Mike Awolusi and he was by far the best that we have ever dealt with. From the moment he introduced himself he made us feel comfortable and he went above and beyond to provide us with information about the car. We had our kids with us, and because of the late hour, they were hungry. He took money from his own pocket and bought them each a bag of potato chips. Because we purchased the car at closing time, Mike sent us home in a brand new car off the lot while our new car was being cleaned. We have never had such a great experience. Mike went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in our purchase and had a friendly and personable attitude the entire time. Thank you so much Douglasville Kia for an awesome experience! More
Nate did a great job from showing the vehicle to explaining it's features after the sale.
