You gentlemen were very patient, friendly and very supportive. My boyfriend gave you a hard time, and I apologise, but no one gave him any negative or rude response. You all made us at ease and made sure we were walking away satisfied with the deal. I give Kudos to even the finance team, Josh and Adam for being so patient with us. I was also surprised at the service provided by your Service Team that prepared the car for us to leave, very clean and thanks for finding the mats! May I also add that before coming into KIA, we went to several other dealerships, but none compare to the customer service that we were given by your staff. The manager did tell me that customer service was more important to him than the sale and I can tell that he meant that. THANKS GUYS! More

Mike was very friendly and offered to let me test drive a car. The experience was so exceptional that I descided to go ahead and trade my Kia Sportage in for my dream car. We found the perfect one on the lot and in a matter of a couple of hours, was driving my beautiful car home. I am looking forward to the move to their new location which will be closer to my office. After the first Kia from this same location and the new Optima I just purchased, I will buy my next car from them as well. More

Ifeanyi was very friendly and accomedating to me and my wife who is wheelchair bound from a wreck she had. He spent a lot of time with us till we found the car we liked. I visited Douglasville KIA for an issue with my daughter's 2007 Spectra. The reason for the visit was when the car was ideling it would shut off. So, I took the car to the dealer instead of a gener daughter's 2007 Spectra. The reason for the visit was when the car was ideling it would shut off. So, I took the car to the dealer instead of a general mechanic because this was a serious matter and I needed the people that have been trained on this engine to get it right. After being told that the computer showed that it was the crankshaft sensor and the cost would be 169.00 with labor that was fine. Then the service guy said that his technician noticed that fuel was dripping from a fuel capacitor and that would have something to do with it as well. The fuel capacitor cost was 539.00 with labor and my total cost with tax was around 870.00 approximately. I told the service writer to go ahead and fix the car and we could pick it up at the end of the day. When my wife and daughter went to get the car my daughter drove the car about two miles from the dealership and it shut off on her again. She went to mcdonalds and the car shut off twice more while waiting in the drive thru lane. She immediately took the car back to the dealer and they appologized for the inconvenience and said that they would take a look at it again tomorrow. The srvice manager refused to give my wife the check back that she had written for the service until she got into a shouting match with him and let him know that we would be stopping payment on the check until the car is done right. Come to find out that no one drove the car to see if the problem had been corrected before the customer came back to pick it up. If they had driven the car they would have found out that it was not ready for pickup. Once we picked up the car I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone and I don't recommend this dealer for service of your KIA. I work for KIA Manufacturing of Georgia in West Point and they ask that we use the dealers and to let them know of any dealer problems and excellence for their information on dealers because they are customer focused. So I will be writing to them as well and will drop off the letter in person for the President of KMMG there in West Point when I return to work on Monday. More
