I came to this dealership to buy a used car but also looked at new vehicles, as well. I came in, already pre-approved and told the car salesman this information. Because they said they could get me a better rate than what I came in with, I decided to allow them to run my credit while all this was going on. When we came back to the dealership, they informed me that my interest rate was going to be a "low" 9.9%. I came in approved for 2.82%. I could not believe that they tried to finance me at such a high rate. When I let them know I was not happy, they came back within 10 minutes with a much lower rate. I walked out .... and then they proceeded to call both me and my sister multiple times the following day.. Would not recommend this car dealership. More
