They didn't pressure me into anything, as a matter of fact they left me alone to think about things like how much I could afford, did it make sense to get a new car, etc. I walked out the door the first day thinking how much respect I have for Jay and Mike. I could tell they had a lot of integrity and wouldn't lead me in the wrong direction. Jay was up front and honest with me from the get go about my financing issues. If it wasn't for Jay I would not be driving this car right now. My sales consultant Mike was fantastic. He went over all the features of the car and answered all my questions. I can't remember the last time I received such great customer service from a group of people like I did at Douglasville Kia. One more thing I would like to share and that is, Jay and Mike pulled some strings and found a beautiful Hybrid at another dealership, had it delivered to their dealership and stayed late until I got there and until the car got there. I couldn't believe they did that and to top it off, the car was so much more then what I expected. I guarantee this is not the first time they've done this for someone.
