We walked in without intending to buy anything at all, just looking for potential new cars. We weren't intending to buy until March/April for a graduation present/wedding gift. We then left and went to a few other places, the experience everywhere else was HORRIBLE they were pushy and as RUDE as can be. We went home that night and thought it over and looked online. I found a few cars in other places that we planned to visit the next day. The next day we went back to Douglasville Kia to look at the car again and spoke with Mike again. We made an offer on a car and bought it within an hour. He was such a nice sells man and all around nice person. He even showed us around the Kia dealership and answered any questions we had. Even speaking to the other reps was pleasant, everyone there had a smile on their face and was very, very friendly.
